Приятные нп дорогой отель в центре города. Модно сказать в центре центра на главной пешеходной улице. Рядом торговый центр и метро. Не далеко до Кремля. Если не хочется идти модно проехать одну станцию метро и выйти прямо в кремле. В отеле есть завтрак шведский стол. На этаже кулер с водой. Номер простенький но приятный.

Моё проживание было с 16.09.24 по 19.09.24 в номере 501 ( Регина на Петербургской,11). Примерно 18.09.24 во время моего отсутствия горничная украла из моей дамской сумки зеркальце ( в тот день сумка не была востребована). Этот факт был обнаружен в день выезда. Вопрос: это- клептомания ( категория болезни) или персоналу настолько мало платят, что он нарушает статью 158 УК? Из замечаний: в день заселения мне оставлено грязное полотенце от предыдущих гостей; чистое отсутствовало. Вместо полотенца для тела дали полотенце для лица. Постоянно не докладывали туалетную бумагу

Ужасно! Не портите себе отдых!( Давно хотели семьёй отдохнуть в Казани. Впечатление от отеля осталось ужасное. Сотрудники работать не хотят. Получить ответ на вопрос - фантастика (. Грязь в номерах. Шампуней, тапок, зубных наборов нет(

Когда заехали в отель, нас удивило, когда нам выдали самый обычный ключ от двери номера. Вроде как давно везде уже выдают ключ-карты. Этот ключ нужно было оставлять на ресепшене администратору при выходе из номера (у них что, нет дубликатов?). Когда мы зашли в номер, минут десять было потрачено на поиски одноразовых тапочек, но, увы, их не было. Все это конечно мелочи, по сравнению с качеством уборки и подготовки номера (паутина в углах, отсутствие электрочайника, неглаженное постельное белье, в санузле нет гостиничных наборов для чистки зубов, шампуня и прочее). Про завтраки: еду с волосами, находясь в помещении с запахом мочи, есть особо не захотелось. Сложно понять, почему отель трехзвездочный, ведь такого уровня обычно отели гораздо лучше. И жаль, что мы предварительно не прочли отзывы. Сами сотрудники при этом гостеприимные, приветливые, жалко даже, что им приходится работать в таком отеле.
