Очень удобное местоположение. Хорошее отношение к гостям. Понравилось наполнение кухни, чистота номера, стильно, современно. Рядом есть все необходимое от супермаркетов до ресторанов.

先説優點：
1、地理位置：步行到鮑曼大街，大約需要7-8分鐘左右，需要經過一個地道；
2、房間有廚房，包含冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐、鍋、餐桌。房間總體還是比較大的；
再説缺點：
1、酒店前台實際在2樓。需要從一個靠近停車場的小門穿行過去，然後樓梯上2樓。 這段距離需要自己拎着行李箱。 進了酒店之後，房間在4樓，這段就有電梯了；
2、入住的第二晚，下午16：30左右，有一個陌生的男子敲我們房間的門。為了避免是其他房間的住客敲錯門，我們隔着房門詢問了他是誰，要幹什麼。但是這個男子稍有停頓之後繼續敲門。 過了一會沒有回覆，他才自動離開。 當時嚇壞了… 第一時間打電話去前台，前台聽完我説的話直接掛斷了電話。衹能自己加固了房間的門鎖。 希望酒店加強安保措施。

環境很好，價格比較實惠，每天都能打掃得很乾凈，房間是禁煙的，晚上睡覺很安靜，前台很熱情，周邊交通很便利，走幾百米能到鮑曼街，旁邊還有一家中餐館。總的來説體驗很好！

В целом все понравилось. Не подошла система завтраков , так как нельзя выбрать блюда из меню , а можно только выбрать предложенные завтраки ( , но вокруг много вкусных ресторанах где можно найти завтрак по вкусу . В ванной очень не удобная раковина с маленьким зеркалом, даже хотела поменять номер . Локация отеля очень удобная , номер чистый и просторный !

Отель своих денег не стоит. Расположение среднее, окна номера выходили на глухую стену противоположного здания, завтраки максимально скудные, обслуживание на твёрдую тройку. Присутствует чёткое ощущение, что экономия на всём. Оценки отеля завышены в два раза. Не рекомендую!

Очень приятный, симпатичный и современный отель. Просторные номера, белоснежное белье и обилие полотенец, халаты и тапочки. В номерах есть мини кухня, можно перекусить или полноценно пообедать. Прекрасный завтрак с видом на город, есть открытая терраса. Вежливый персонал, от центра города идти минут 15.

Прекрасный отель. Идеально чисто (2 комн. номер №406 )Дружелюбный , готовый помочь во всем - персонал. удобное месторасположение (окна во дворик - нет городского шума). Завтраки отменные! Всем советую - не пожалеете. При сл. посещении Казани снова остановимся в данном отеле.
