The location is excellent, the environment is good, and the breakfast is rich. It only takes a few steps to the Kremlin and several major attractions, and you can stroll along the Volga River in the evening. A very good choice

Вот как ставлю оценку 3 так гостиница и оценивается мною. Ну не тянет на 5 ни как)) Нужно поработать Вам до 5 еще много. От завтраков ( уровень которых - дешевая столовка). Официанты, это отдельная тема))) Они не официанты вообще))) И научить их наверное не получится. Охранник на входе - спросите у него пожалуйста: Я отдал ему долг? Вид у него был всегда, что я так и не вернул ему крупную сумму. Ну и в остальном - до 5 очень рано.

Очень долгое ожидание на ресепшен, вопрос по заселению не смог решить зам.директора! Очень плохой сервис обслуживания! За время ожидания на ресепшен, а это с 12-17 часов дня, никто не предложил воду или чай. Еда в ресторане очень вкусная- это единственное, что понравилось и ценник приемлемый!

Пребывание было в 5-ти звездочном Отеле "Мираж" в номере категории "Бизнес-люкс". С учетом категории номера и звездности отеля отсутствовал комплимент в номер, предоставляется по запросу. Приходится тратить много времени для заказа блюд в номер из ресторана. Это касается и звонков на ресепшен и звонков на прямую в ресторан. Приходилось состыковывать ресепшен с рестораном и звонить постоянно для уточнения - принят ли заказ. Обратной связи не было. Чтобы заказать блюдо было потрачено 20 минут. При выезде выдается не полный комплект документов, в частности, не был выдан закрывающий чек о проживании, в электронном виде не направлен. Впечатление о проживании в Отеле "Мираж" испорчено. Отсутствует желание возвращаться в данный отель.

Своих денег не стоит 100% Номера уставшие, устаревшие и требуют ремонта. Завтрак ужасный, никак не соответствует категории 5* Красная цена этого ночлега 5000 руб в сутки. Персонал неприветливый, работают очень молодые ребята, не обладающие нужными компетенциями. Из плюсов только локация и неплохой ресторан на 2 этаже
