Отель очень удобный. Не выходя на улицу можно попасть в торговый комплекс "Кольцо" и прикупить самое необходимое и съедобные. Локация отеля бомба! Центр одним словом, но при этом в номере ни каких звуков с улицы! Номер огромный, есть возможность посетить сауну(входит в стоимость). Нам все понравилось!

Самый отвратительный отель, в котором я была. Кондиционирование и вентиляция в номерах не работают в достаточном для дыхания формате. Вода из кранов льётся ржавая (это объяснили общегородским водопроводом). Завтраки посредственные — в гостевых домах без звёзд кормят не хуже. На завтраках столы убирать не успевают. Окна в номерах очень грязные. Дверь в санузел открывается вовнутрь и утыкается в унитаз. Полотенцесушитель не горячий. Туалеты свежестью не пахнут. Я уж молчу про минимальный сервис: помочь с багажом при заезде и выезде. Но самое ужасное — это духота в номерах. На все жалобы сначала, говорили, что исправят. Ни словом не обмолвились, что кондиционирование не работает во всём отеле. Это выяснилось только вечером следующего за заселение дня. При этом окна не открываются даже на проветривание. Вытяжка для вентиляции находится в углу прихожей у входа в номер, работает еле-еле — то есть стандартный номер в 30 квадратных метров она не может обслужить должным образом. Вызвали «главного инженера», который почти не говорит по-русски и искренне считает, что существующая в номерах температура — это прохладно. Что-то инженер в итоге сделал: из системы кондиционирования стал идти прохладный воздух, но с таким минимальным напором, что не успевая достичь пола, он нагревался. Не помогло. Совсем. Настроить работу кондиционера пультом, висящим на стене, не представлялось возможным — он не откликался ни на какие манипуляции. Надо отдать девочкам на ресепшн: смотрели с пониманием и сочувствием, много раз предлагали чак-чак и шампанское. Ни то, ни другое, не употребляю, поэтому отказалась. Данный отель точно не соответствует заявленному уровню в 4*.
