1. The location is amazing, right in the center next to the Kremlin and in a walking distance from metro station, also from the famous Baumana Street. 2. The service was average, ladies at the front desk hardly smile, but maybe it was my luck .... )))) . 3. Food is good, although maybe expected a bit more from Marriott. But still, meets the needs. 4. Rooms are clean but bed in our room had a squicky part and a strange mark. 5. The hotel needs renovation. So far, in my opinion a bit overpriced but still acceptable for a short visit.

We came with friends on vacation to Kazan and chose the hotel on the recommendation of friends. We arrived early and were checked in early. We managed to appreciate the breakfast at the steakhouse restaurant - good, tasty breakfast, large selection. The room has all the necessary amenities; if you need additional water or towels, you can request it at any time. The receptionist is welcoming and friendly. Help with questions promptly. The room was cleaned every day.

We are currently relaxing in this hotel. On the plus side - decent breakfast, overall the room is in decent condition. Of the minuses - we asked for a quiet room, wrote this in the comments to the booking, and we were placed in a room that seemed to be located above some kind of “**********”. The second day, once every hour or two, moans and screams can be heard from the room below and the wall adjacent to the bed shakes, disgusting! Yesterday I called the reception and asked to move us, at first they gave us the keys to a room with one bed, but we needed 2 separate ones, then they gave us the keys to a room where it was cold, the air conditioning was not regulated and something else was noisy. At the same time, I was still sick and I must say that I carried things from room to room myself, sick, somehow. Then they gave us the keys to a room on the 2nd floor opposite some cafe where the door slams loudly at night, we didn’t move there either, since even on the 5th floor we wake up at night from the slamming of this door. As a result, at 3 am we woke up again from a characteristic noise. Even a blood vessel in my eye burst at night from the amazing stay in this hotel. Put things in order!!!!! The hotel is 4 stars and this happens. Ruined vacation and birthday(((

Плюсы-расположение, уборка (всегда на связи, каждый день вода), завтраки супер с шампанским, работа персонала, номер большой, кровать комфортная. Минусы-нет мини бара, мебель/сантехника уставшие, напитки в номер-40мин!!!!, завтрак 1 января-хаос. Цена завышена- ну не стоит это все 13т/сут. простите
