Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Bfast was ok. Staffs are warm & friendly. Location wise, excellent. Had the room with mountain view. You can see the sunrise n sunset, exactly from your room window. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The vintage aesthetics were awesome.
The best stay ever.
Will definitely come back here one day.

It's been a NOVOTEL for a few months now, and it shows. This beautiful property in the center of Bukittinggi appears to be a four-star hotel, but many things don't add up, like the cleanliness of the rooms and the lack of towel changes. I didn't like the breakfast, and the restaurant (à la carte) is barely decent.

It’s like 4th or 5th times i stayed at Novotel Bukittinggi. Varian of breakfast choices Large and clean room as always Great staff with full of smiles Such one of best hotels in West Sumatera. Keep up the good work

Hotel ligt midden in de stad dicht bij de klok. Er zijn vele eetstandjes rondom het hotel waar je kan eten of in het hotel. Wij waren er in het weekend dus hotelrestaurant was afgehuurd voor ik denk een trouw. Zwembad is moeilijk terug te vinden alhoewel het centraal gelegen is, moesten wij wat trappen naar beneden nemen om er te geraken. Door de trouwfestiviteiten was er karaoke in de bar waardoor de galmende valse noten tot in de kamer kwamen tot zeer laat in de nacht. Hotel was dan ook volzet met de feestgangers die tot half 4 's nachts lawaai hebben gemaakt in de kamers waardoor we niet hebben kunnen slapen. Op hotel zelf is er niks aan te merken. Alles is zeer proper en ontbijtbuffet is ok. Hopelijk een momentopname.

This hotel is right... located in downtown Bukittinggi with complete facilities and has implemented a plastic-free concept the hotel building is classic and unique and lots of trees.. the rooms are quite spacious and clean, the service is friendly

Had one stayed in this hotel for our company on vacation trip. I always love this hotel with classic and old building. The location is in the center of the city. to infamous "Jam Gadang" is just one minute walk. The view to mount Singgalang is amazing. But, the most point is the friendly attitude of the staff here. I especially thank ms. Chacha for helping me to make the reservation.

5 stars hotel..nice view..easy acces to town with walking distance..warm welcome by staff..nice food,clean room..good view from our room can see singgalang mount..near to mall easy acces to eat stall style food..easy to check in..thans to Nada receptionist because soft n easy check in..

Novotel Bukittinggi is the best hotel in town, very cozy and aesthetic place, have a romantic vibes. Good service for all staff, have a variative menu for breakfast. Nice to be back soon, thank you Novotel Bukitinggi
