Que dire de cet hotel sinon que c'est le pire que nous ayons jamais visité ! Chambres complètement défraichies et pas nettoyées à notre arrivée. En groupe avec un guide turc, celui ci a demandé à la réception de refaire le ménage mais rien n'y a fait. Après que nous ayons repassé sur les surfaces des meubles (bureau, chevets, baignoires, plan de travail lavabo, la serviette de bain utilisée était noire de poussière ! Personnel très antipathique, limite grossier, on a l'impression de déranger! Buffet minable que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou le dîner. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, nous qui pensions au moins nous rafraichir après une journée de visite... piscine vide ! Pourtant, avec un peu de volonté, l'établissement pourrait être bien mais en fait, cet hotel est devenu le pied à terre des groupes de touristes chinois et ceux ci semblent s'accommoder de ce type de gîte d'étape, alors pourquoi faire des efforts. En conclusion, 2 nuits à oublier au plus vite mais qui resteront dans les annales !!!

Voyage de groupe, Français, sur place pour deux nuits. Quelle catastrophe ! Hotel horrible, chambre sales et défraichies, ménage non fait à notre arrivée. On se demande même si les serviettes avaient été changées. Malgré l'intervention de notre guide turc, rien n'a changé. Buffet bas de gamme, très peu de choix au petit déjeuner comme au diner. Par contre, boissons très chères et personnel très peu aimable, limite grossier. Travaux dans l'hôtel, sans indications de danger, ascenseurs régulièrement en panne. lors de notre premier diner, nous avons compris la situation, l'hôtel était envahi pas des touristes asiatiques qui semblent s'accommoder de la médiocre qualité de l'établissement. Comble de l'ironie, nous pensions prendre un peu de fraicheur après nos visites de la journée mais la piscine, superbe et bien grande... était vide ! En conclusion, les 5 étoiles annoncées ne sont plus que poudre aux yeux. Sans aucun doute la plus mauvaise expérience hôtelière que nous ayons connu !!!

This was the hotel we chose for our Cappadocia holiday, where we stayed as a family for 3 days starting from April 22. It is in a very good location. It is located right next to the underground city. It is between 15 minutes and half an hour away from Göreme, Ürgüp, Avanos. We were very pleased with everyone we saw working hard at the hotel, from housekeeping to restaurant and bar staff. We had no difficulty despite our holiday with our little baby. Although it is a 5-star hotel with half-board service, there is an extra food and beverage service. You can sip various coffees or different cocktails while relaxing in the lobby. We would like to thank each and every employee, especially the General Manager, who deals with the guests one-on-one in the hotel that provides customer satisfaction-oriented service. We have never seen such service even in hotels in the Mediterranean and Aegean. If you are coming to these parts, it should be your first choice, I recommend it.

We had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel recently and everything was really perfect. The cleanliness of the rooms, the facilities offered by the hotel and the peaceful atmosphere fascinated us. However, the point we were most pleased with was the smiling face and attention of the staff. I would especially like to thank the waiter Ahmet Bey. He is incredibly attentive, fast and professional. Thanks to his kindness and hospitality, our meals became much more enjoyable. You are really lucky to have such an employee.

Çalışanların çoğu kaba, çok eski bir hotel ve heryere uzak. Eğer tur ile gitmezseniz taksiye günlük en az 5 bin lira vermeyi gözden çıkarmanız gerekiyor. Odalar çok eski, içecekler ücreti. Küçük su için 40 tl isteniyor. Halılar çok kötü kokuyor. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha Allah düşürmesin .

Came with a Turkish tour group. This hotel is very DIRTY! Its old, which would be okay, except its also filthy. Floors are completely unswept and not vaccumed. HAIRS from the last guests were found in parts of the bathroom. One of the complimentary shampoos were used! We told staff and they said it gets cleaned daily. They did also apparently send someone up to clean our room again later, but we couldnt tell. Dining room experience was okay, but utensils were also often unclean. Elevator was faulty at the time that we stayed, so we avoided using it. Staff speak basic English, and the receptionist was not the friendliest. Its also very disheartening to see how much more they charge "foreigners" for the rooms compared to locals. I wanted to leave a google review too but they mustve removed that option!
