Manchan Country Villas was an excellent place to stay while experiencing Chitwan National Park. SWOTAH travel booked my stay and arranged my tours with Manchan, and Manchan provided both excellent naturalist tours of the park, visits to the surrounding community, and a place to rest up after the adventures of the day. My room above the reception area was one of the best kept and well-appointed places I stayed while in Nepal. On my jeep safari, walking safari and birdwatching excursion, the team of naturalist guides was able to share a wealth of information, and provide experiences that will last a lifetime.

Very good accommodation and very friendly staff. Clean, comfy rooms and plenty of hot water for showers Good internet at all times. Very well presented grounds and swimming pool a bonus. Food tended be a little predicable and often the same menu for lunch. The barbecue was very good. The dance evening was entertaining and made a pleasant last evening for our visit

Everything was perfect. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The food was good. We went on a Safari in jeep. We were able to see many different animals. The guide was super and gave us a great experience.

Lovely place in Chitwan National Park. From the first moment I have arrived, the staff welcomed me with a smile on their face and I could feel their sincere kindness. The room is great with comfortable bed and the food is delicious. You can feel the nature running through your veines. Chhanu, my guide was very professional and showed me the jungle and he is truly dedicated to his job.

We had nice experience with family this hotel is located at canter of tharu vallage Exllent room comfortable bed delicious food we had bat safari with sundowning we see the lots of birds and crocodile one horn rhino we visit at February month it was wonderful time thank you all

Spent 2 wonderful nights here in The Kingfisher Lodge. The lodge itself was well equipped with a porch to listen to the bird song. Truly lovely. Due to covid the country is still recovering the staff outnumbered the clients which was excellent for us and they were so attentive. The meals were substantial and back to nature. The safari was wonderful where we saw rhinos and plenty of deer but unfortunately not tigers. The driver and guide were excellent showering us with knowledge of the park. We then we were invited to visit the lake with our guide to take a sundowner which was great fun and much appreciated. In the evening we were invited to observe and participate with the local ladies whilst they conducted their stick dance which we thoroughly enjoyed whilst munching on popcorn. Thank You all. We wish you much success for the future Whendie and Steve .

We spent 2 nights in this hotel from 03.21 to 03.23.22. We were received with great kindness, gentleness and subtlety. Our luggage arrived in our room before us as if by magic. The staff as well as the Director were at our disposal with discretion and efficiency. These are enthusiasts who highlight this very zen and charming place.
