It was a delightful surprise. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a good city view. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurant for breakfast served delicious, locally-sourced cuisine. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Overall it was good, but Japanese hotels start cleaning too early. If you don't go out by 10 o'clock, the housekeeping will not be done. The breakfast was delicious.
Even during the holidays, hotel prices in Tokyo are too shocking
Booked this hotel by accident
The business of the hotel restaurant is very good. There are group reservations for both dinner and lunch during the stay. It is quite lively to see so many guests in the lobby when checking in☺️The service has the atmosphere of an old-school hotel (especially the ones with stamps in the room) Collect point cards, old-school but cute)
The room we stayed in belonged to the renovated floor, and the room decoration was very orthodox and clean.
I didn't pay special attention when sleeping, but the bed was really comfortable and it was very easy to fall asleep.
What is surprising is that there is a JBL Bluetooth alarm clock speaker in the room (even high-priced hotels may not provide it these days)
The nearest station to the hotel is just a few stops away on the same line to the new town ”Futakotamagawa” station. I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.
Very Good

The receptionist's sister was very friendly. Kind to children. Breakfast was also delicious. There was certainly a parking lot, but it is difficult to say that two cars are ”yes” for that number of rooms. It was good to have a contract parking lot.
Hygiene: The room is old, but clean and tidy
Environment: Quiet, close to the station and shopping mall, with many food options
Facilities: Pots and pans, microwave oven, small refrigerator are available, you can make some simple meals by yourself
Service: Makes you feel relaxed and comfortable
Just next to the station, the room is not big, but the supporting facilities are very good and the service attitude is very good. The fly in the ointment is the quilt, which seems to be the quilt of the duvet. There is a noise that may affect the quality of sleep. It should be no problem to sleep alone.
I have stayed in this hotel several times because it is very close to where my daughter lives. The rooms are very big. The hotel facilities are not new, but they are all very useful and clean. There are vending machines on the second floor, a microwave room on the third floor, a restaurant on the first floor below, and a smoking area. I booked a family suite and an ordinary double room (smoking is allowed). The space is sufficient and I will patronize it again in the future. The picture is of the family suite, and there is no picture of the ordinary double room. The room is smaller than the suite!
The room is very new, with two elevators. It is not far from Kawasaki Station and is conveniently located on the main roads. There are many shops and shopping streets along the way. It is very good for the last day of the trip. You can also go shopping in the shopping streets. It is a pity that only one room card is given and the room is too small to open two suitcases at the same time. However, the design of raising the space under the bed so that a suitcase can be placed horizontally is very good. It is also very convenient for GBC pilgrimage.
I used it the night before using Haneda Airport, and on a rainy day I walked to Keikyu a little with an umbrella. It was clean and there was enough breakfast snacks. Speaking of greed, I wanted amenities to rub my body and a smoking place.
