Hi. I was happy to go to the resort.it was summer 2022. At check in first surprise. Price for cottage went up without any notification, email, nthg. Nthg was free. They charge even for a bbq, kayaks pedal boats. The only things kids could use in a Waters was nasty , mouldy mat. We booked a cottage for next year. We paid a deposit. Its been 1,5 year since i cancelled a cottage, but no money back on my account. Always excusses about new management, accountant. Do not want to go back.
