It's cheap, so it's suitable for long-term stays.
The rooms are heated, but not well insulated, so it feels a bit cold.
As for amenities, the body soap didn't come out properly, and there was no soap on the sink, which was disappointing. The gas range was a gas cylinder type, and there was little gas left, so it was hard to use, and the dishwashing detergent was almost empty and not enough.
There were no seasonings, so it was a bit difficult to spend a lot of money on a short stay to cook a proper meal. The cleanliness was also a bit lacking.
There was no place to hang out laundry, and there was no dining table, which was shown in the picture, so it was difficult.
It was close to the station, so it was relatively convenient to get around. There was also a supermarket nearby.

This was my first experience staying in a private home, but I had a very comfortable stay.
I arrived at night, so the navigation system took me straight to the main street, but I had to go around to the back.

値段のことを考えれば内容はまぁまぁ良かったんですがお湯が3日から出なくなり最悪でした。
オーナーに電話しても出ませんし連絡のしようが無かったです。
それ以外はまぁまぁアリでした

一人暮らしの予行練習のために、利用させていただきました。
冷蔵庫内のカビ、電子レンジ内部の壁部分の汚れが気になりました。
Wi-Fiがあるのを、どこかに記載いただいてたら分かりやすいです。雑記帳に書いてるかたがいて
管理人様にお伺いし、翌日からiPadを使用できました。
調理を考えてるかたは、ガスボンベと調味料などご持参ください。歯ブラシも。
駐車場つきで、リーズナブルに利用できて有り難かったです。
