1. The space in the room is about the same as that of a hotel in downtown Tokyo!

Nice and clean. breakfast buffet was awesome and drinks are abundant(including alcohol beverage) location was good also. it is close to both JR and Seibu Train stations.
there is a rent cycle near by which is very convenient for touring around the city.
