It's a non-smoking room, but even if you report the **smoke in the next room, they don't take any concrete measures, and even if you suffer from **smoke indirectly and the smell of your bag and clothes, the hotel doesn't compensate, and Trip.com only gives you a very small coin. We're not expecting much, we just want to rest and sleep comfortably, but the two hotel agencies are disappointing and the customer protection measures are very, very lacking. Don't go there. The neighborhood is also in a shabby place that seems like it's almost dying, so I don't recommend it. Self-parking costs $30, so don't make a reservation just by looking at the hotel price. Very good. First of all, the location is good, close to Nelson Museum and Keeper, and close to Country Club Plaza, all within 10 minutes' walk. There is a shuttle bus to the Plaza. The room is quite big, new, and standard. There is a Starbucks downstairs. Overall good.

Nice location for the art district. We were upgraded when checking in. On the top floor the view is nice and snakes are quite good as well.
