The sanitation and service of the hotel are good, and no cleaning was done after staying for three nights. The hotel quilt is not a quilt cover, it is two sheets put together. The hotel does not provide slippers, you can ask the front desk for toothpaste and toothbrush. The hotel is very close to the country club plaza. It is convenient for shopping. There are Internet celebrity jacks barbecue restaurant, bolin Chinese restaurant, and cheesecake factory next to it. It is recommended to walk for about 15 minutes to the Nelson Museum.

First time staying at this brand. Hotel was fresh! Room was clean, comfortable, and had just enough room. Staff was very friendly. This is a great place if all you need is a bed and a convenient location to Country Club plaza. They have parking but there is a lot of on street parking around the hotel for free - if you don't want to pay the $24/day. Would definintely stay here again!

I booked at the Cascade hotel and when I arrived, I was told they have an HVAC issue so I was being moved to the attached hotel. I was hesitant to stay somewhere I had not researched myself but was in a huge hurry for a work trade show. When I went to the Aloft, they didn’t seem to know what was going on. It took forever to check in and I was told my night would be comped and that I would be given Marriott points. I have yet to see these points. However, the biggest problem I have is that I woke up covered in bug bites!! I told the front desk person when I checked out and she offered me more points. I couldn’t believe it. I’m not sure if they are fleas or bed bugs but they’re all over my legs and feet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice stay in a great location.
The room was comfortable. Would have enjoyed having a recliner or chair rather than a bench seat and table. Also, while the water was nice and hot, it was too hot and hard to control in the shower.
