My friend and I stayed at an all-inclusive premium resort. The room was clean and cozy, with a minibar, toiletries, and timely housekeeping! The beach had a comfortable entry into the sea, was clean, and well-maintained. There were always plenty of loungers available at any time of the day. The food at the hotel was delicious and varied. The hotel is designed for families and couples. Since we were vacationing as friends, we often noticed "strange" behavior from the staff towards us. It was uncomfortable that during breakfast, they approached us only after elderly couples and families, even though we had arrived earlier. However, this didn’t ruin our vacation, and we would gladly return again.

Struttura veramente bella, ben tenuta e pulitissima. Perdonale cordiale. Camere moderne e con tutti i comfort. Posizione mare nella e con ingresso degradante ottimo per i bambini. Unica piccola pecca il cibo che risulta ripetitivo, ma la qualità e’ ottima

Das Hotel bestätigt alle Erwartungen an die 5 Sterne. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist kein Sporthotel, aber es gibt ein kleines Animationsprogramm. Tolle Lage und sehr schöne Ausstattung. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke ist hochwertig.

We arrived at the hotel at 1am and within 5 minutes at our arrival we were taken to the most beautiful room (139). Our room was waiting for us with cold drinks, wine and other luxuries. The main restaurant is open 24 hours to eat. We had a little snack on our arrival as our flight was delayed. Beds are comfortable in both rooms ( family of 4). The swim up pool was big, clean and with a beach view. Hotel staff were welcoming, helping and nothing is too much for them. Food was lovely with plenty of fruit and salads and options of international cuisines. Dinner staff were very polite and smiling all the time. The hotel was well maintained and kept clean at all times. Hotel is on the beach with plenty of beds available. A beach bar is handy and staff there are amazing. Overall it was a lovely experience and will definitely recommend to others if you are looking for a holiday to sit and relax.

Hôtel très agréable très bien situé au bord d'une magnifique plage de sable fi avec parasol transat et bar. Les repas en buffet sont délicieux, les chambres sont top, très propres et bien équipées. Le dîner grec au restaurant de la plage est inoubliable on est aux petits soins. L'all inclusive sans bracelet on ne reflechi pas tout est compris et très qualitatif. Mérite largement 5 étoiles !!!

Il Mythos palace è un'ottima struttura, pulita con il mare a pochi passi. Il personale è carino, gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Cibo buono anche se poco vario. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che si prediligesse cibo locale e pesce fresco. Suggerimento: inserirei piatti vegani nel menù. L'animazione non è invadente e le serata sono piacevoli. I ragazzi di Francorosso sono stati super carini. Abbiamo visitato davvero posti incantevoli, l'isola merita assolutamente. Tuttavia non siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti dall'assistenza Alpitour ( che specifico non è direttamente legata all'albergo). Ad esempio l'assistenza durante le escursioni ha lasciato un po' a desiderare. Gli accompagnatori poco presenti e poco attenti ai clienti. Assistenza Alpitour poco presente e che non sempre si è mostrata disponibile alla nostra richiesta di maggiori informazioni. Ma a parte questa pecca per noi è stata in generale una vacanza top. Consigliamo il Mythos Palace a famiglie con bambini o a coppie. Speriamo di tornare a Creta perché davvero abbiamo lasciato in quell' isola un pezzo del nostro cuore.

Siamo tornati per la quarta volta al Mithos Palce di Kavros. E' proprio un mito. Ottima accoglienza alla reception, personale sempre disposto a esaudire ogni esigenza. Personale delle camere, dei ristoranti e della spiaggia sempre gentile e disponibile. Opportunità in hotel di noleggiare un'auto per visitare le bellissime spiagge di Creta. Speriamo di tornarci di nuovo in futuro.

The hotel has a generous number of staff. All were friendly and professional. cleaning was excellent and fitted to different times of the day to suit our needs. The rooms with individual pools are well worth the extra. All inclusive just that. Everything great.

What a fantastic holiday and hotel. Immaculate resort and incredible staff - who worked tirelessly to make your stay just as you wanted. Really enjoyed being able to walk up to the beach and pool everyday and find a space everytime to enjoy this incredible place. Being able to book the themed restaurants was also a lovely addition - although the food in the main restuarant was excellent too (espicially the soups!). Having the Sweet Corner also made the little people in our party v. happy. Thanks again for everything and making our holiday so enjoyable
