Toller Urlaub auf Kreta wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Sauberkeit in Ordnung....tolles Essen von der Qualität der Speisen und der Auswahl einfach Top Sehr zum empfehlen....alles in allem uns hat es gut gefallen...kleines minus die Minibar wird nur alle 4 Tage aufgefüllt trotz all inclusive

Il resort è piccolo ed elegante, camere spaziose e pulite, personale cordiale e simpatico e servizi all'altezza di un 5 stelle. L'intrattenimento è stato di buon livello, piacevole e vario. Degna di nota la filosofia eco-friendly della struttura. Nel complesso è stata una settimana veramente rigenerante

Resort molto bello, elegante e lussuoso, soluzione premium all inclusive di ottima qualità. Si mangia molto bene e il personale é Molto cordiale. Una nota speciale allo staff di animazione: Chiara e Arianna sono sempre disponibili, sorridenti e hanno sicuramente contribuito a migliorare la qualità del soggiorno. Unica nota negativa: il servizio di sostituzione teli mare é da migliorare (spesso nella SPA non sono disponibili)

We had a wonderful time again at Mythos Palace Resort & Spa! We chose this hotel for the fifth time. Everything is wonderful. They are a great team, always ready to help you,the food is delicious and varied, spaces are very clean, sandy beach and great views. We can't wait to come back!

Well, with some thought, I now need to express my view on this hotel! It's not a 5* PREMIUM as advertised by TUI group. I am quite disappointed as we will not be returning. Rooms are good, but customer service, especially at the beach bar, is not what I expected. I fully understand that many German customers return to the bar. However, when waiting in a queue to be served, the staff often seem to prioritize their favourite holidaymakers, possibly due to tipping. This is not a 1 off winge because the very nice lady at the pool is the complete opposite! In addition, this server is not 5* food always cold, who eats lukewarm fish soup, come on! Entertainment is either very good or poor. Good luck for the not-for-us, I'm afraid.
