12 ème fois en Crète et Troisième séjour du 2 au 16 aout au Mythos Palace Resort . Nous avons étè ravis de retrouver notre seconde maison d'été ! Tout est fait pour que le client passe un bon moment relaxant après une année de travail. Merci Nektarios et à l'équipe ! Nous avons été heureux de revoir Mariana et Eleni que nous considérons maintenant comme des amies et nous sommes toujours aussi tristes de les quitter. Nous avons noté des progrès cette année comme la propreté de l'espace plage et sur le mode de réservation des diners thématiques ( dommage que les thématiques Italienne et Mexicaine aient été supprimées). Nous vous conseillons les thématiques poissons et grecques ( à la plage) : vous serez ravis! Spécialité incontournable : Antikristo à faire ! Petit déjeuner digne d'un 5 étoiles. Chambre très confortable . Merci pour l'accueil en chambre et les friandises du soir :-) Spectacles réalisés par des professionnels , le top ! . Soirée Grecques , Nick and the Band etc Malheureusement cette année, nous avons noté des points négatifs sur la restauration que nous avons signalé : La première semaine les plats principaux étaient à peine chauds . Encore une fois la qualité et le choix des pates et Pizza ne sont pas au niveau ! Je ne sais pas comment font nos amis touristes italiens . Moins de spécialités grecques cette 3 -ème année dans le corner réservé et moins de poissons entiers. Conclusion: nous venons de réserver pour la 4 ème année de suite :-) et nous sommes heureux de revenir !

Really enjoyed our break at Mythos Palace, we have already booked to go back! The room was great (we had a small shared pool), everything was exceptionally clean and housekeeping were superb. The staff couldn't do enough for you, we needed to find a pool for our daughter to train in and guest relations were so efficient. Food and drink offering ticked all our boxes, entertainment was fun! Having the beach as well as the pool was a bonus, beach is miles so good for long walks. Lots of space- not sure if that would be the same in the summer holidays but great for October half term. Thank you for making our holiday special!

Rewelacyjny hotel, szczególnie lokalizacja, widoki wręcz bajkowe. Byliśmy z córką, która uwielbiała animatorki oraz wieczorne mini disco. Bardzo dobra jakość jedzenia. Personel bardzo uprzejmy. Pokoje czyściutkie, codziennie dokładnie sprzątane.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 10 giorni e siamo stati bene. La camera con vista laterale sul mare era proprio sopra il bar principale dove si svolgono gli spettacoli serali perciò ce la siamo fatta cambiare con una vista piscina, tranquilla e vicinissima al mare. Pulizia ottima, mare bellissimo e caldo, spiaggia infinita. Italiani pochissimi perciò la ristorazione è più per gli stranieri e a noi è risultata un po ripetitiva. Il personale è molto gentile, anche se non parlano italiano ci siamo intesi lo stesso (c'era una sola ragazza italiana oltre il responsabile Francorosso). L'Hotel è vicino al paese dove ci sono diversi negozi che vendono souvenir. Abbiamo fatto un escursione alla Laguna di Balos, imperdibile. Insomma promossi ma con la sufficienza......

Die Zeit im Mythos Palace war wunderbar. Das Hotel, das Personal, die Lage, der Strand, das Essen alles perfekt. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen dort verlebt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das hervorragende Essen.

Unterkunft, Essen und Service sind einfach super. Eine Massage im Aegeo Spa ist nur zu empfehlen. Fani und Lola machen einen super Job. Der direkte Strandzugang mit Restaurant und Bar sind fantastisch. Liegen mit Schirm sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder.

The whole holiday from start to finish was fabulous exactly the relaxing holiday we needed, travelled with Jet2 Food plentiful a mixed the most picky eater can find something. The cakes are devine. Day activities vary if you want to join in your welcome if you don't your not made to feel bad. There's night entertainment if it's for you sit and be waited on if not there's comfortable sitting area's to enjoy. Side beach view room clean with comfy BEDS. Beach clean there's a patch of Pebbles as you enter the glorious sea. What makes this hotel a delight are the hard working STAFF that made our holiday. Management very approachable eager to please. Special note to the following Andreas beach restaurant/evening bar, Erisa in the main restaurant, The very hard working happy evening cleaning lady 3pm to 11,30 shift. Then Fotini pool bar what a lovely lady welcomed us after a long journey, she is so hardworking, respectful and a delight we met as strangers left as friends a real gem to the hotel. This to mention a few all staff work hard and want to make your holiday the best. Slight negative we had a late departure booked a shower in the spa which is very nice however, there is no hairdryer facility or an area you can dry your hair upon leaving I felt great but looked scruffy. On reflection we will return, possibly 2025 it was our first holiday on this lovely island and not the last.

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed anywhere where all staff had such exceptional customer service - from bar/restaurant staff, cleaners, spa staff, reception - all 5*. An absolutely lovely hotel, room was excellent, food great, location wonderful. Would highly recommend

Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes essen, und internationale Getränke . Bin schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Mietwagen gibt es auch direkt im Hotel . Jede Menge Platz am Strand, es gibt kein Stress wegen liegen. Alles genug vorhanden. Man kann auch Mittag direkt am Strand essen.
