The staff in tbis hotel were very friendly! the rooms were very clean and night entertainment was all you could ask for! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will consider coming again next year

Stayed for 1 week with my Mum. NO IDEA HOW THIS HAS GOOD REVIEWS!! We arrived early and had a drink a “welcome” drink at the bar. We asked to see if we could check in early but the owner said he will send the rep to speak to us. The rep greeted us and spoke about the parties which were happening and excursions. This went on for a long time and even though we said we were not interested in clubs she continued to talk about these for a long time. After this we went to the annex. The only thing this hotel and staff seem to care about is people getting drunk. It was not explained that this was around a 3 minute walk. When arrived, the room was filth with dirt and there were cardboard and old towels down in front of the fridge because it had a build up of ice. We then got shown 2 other rooms until we finally had to choose the best out of all three disgusting rooms. The “cooker” was absolutely disgusting and we did not use this the whole week. There were mashed mosquitoes on the wall in the bathroom, which were not cleaned all week, and the shower was not attached to the wall. This meant having to hold up the shower head and when putting it down, the water went everywhere. The balcony is next to a bike rental place, so all you could smell was petrol. The beds were so uncomfortable and sheets of awful quality. Fresh towels on several occasions but not consistent and some came with dirt on them. Bins were not cleared daily and you are not allowed to put toilet paper in the sink. The bathroom window can open from the outside. Constant noice every night until early hours of the morning and there is no getting away from it. We had breakfast included and on day 3 the gentlemen behind the bar was extremely rude. We waited for 15 minutes before then asking could we order. We had a boat trip to get too. He then said “they were first you have to wait” referring to a group of around 10 people. After the build up of few days and feeling like we were not welcome in the hotel, we left the breakfast and went elsewhere for a couple of the days. The pool seemed so cloudy and thick with chemicals, we went in it once on the first and never again. We were told by the rep they put lots of chemicals in overnight but I had never been in a pool that awful. There was a boarded up pool in the annex where we stayed, which seemed even more of a downer on the situation. All in all, just absolutely terrible. The staff were always being so friendly but did not give any consideration to how we complained.

So much fun 🤩 the night manager Alkiss is so cute 🥰. He did such a good job minding our hotel key every night. The bartenders Dimos, Fabio and Banos are very good at making vodkas with a shot of coke. Stream arrow on Spotify 🐺🐺🐺

The staff are absolutely unreal. special thanks to the night guard and bar staff. chef is so nice and the owner is so lovely. the pool was so nice and the location is beautiful. the wristband deals were so good and worth the money especially is you love to party hard and go crazy. sydney and holly were so welcoming and we could have the craic with them - the same with the staff. there was never a dull moment!!

First solo holiday by myself. Would definitely come back again. Felt so welcomed. Very close to the beach and entertainment.
