Отвратительное обслуживание. Мы пришли час позагорать на бассейне, купили напитки с наценкой в 8 раз, и после того как я их оплатила мне сказали, что я еще и должна оплатить за бассейн. Очень хитрый ход. Невкусный кофе и скотское отношение к посетителям.

This establishment is unfortunately not made for families! (and this was not mentioned!) We should have stayed a week at this resort, but we were so disappointed that we left after 2 days. Indeed, we were very surprised upon our arrival, to find ourselves in an apartment 200 meters from the reception which had also not been mentioned... Moreover, when we entered it, we We had the misfortune to discover a multitude of things that were wrong, such as; - a leak in the toilet - sheets stained with blood - no more current in the socket that powers the television - kitchen equipment that was no longer up to date and quite limited - water that barely flows or very few taps - the bathroom window which opens onto the neighbor's balcony - air conditioning only working when the doors are closed so no air circulation - only one remote control for 2 televisions and 2 air conditioning units (we have had to ask for a second one at reception) And to finish in style, a living space (if we can call it that) extremely small, the "kitchen living room" was only 5m2 and notably equipped with a only one chair and one table but there were 4 of us!!! We therefore had to improvise and eat in one of the rooms with the tables (bar tables and chairs) that we had removed from the balcony, to install them in this one. In terms of soundproofing, this is an essential point to review, we paid the price in 2 days, with young people coming home at 6 a.m. and waking up the entire building. Another point, the swimming pool was quite decent despite the lack of shade and the excessively loud music. This place is really reserved for young people, since in fact there are no restaurants nearby, but rather snack bars and bars as well as nightclubs. In any case I strongly advise against it!! Too bad 0 stars don't exist...

We vacationed with our family in August 2023. We didn’t live in the hotel itself, we used the bar and rented sun loungers. I can definitely say this is the worst place we have visited in the last 5 years!!! The price for sun loungers is unreasonably high, the cocktails at the bar are quite good, but then again the price! The staff is very unfriendly. You have to pay extra for absolutely everything! If you just want to relax on the beach, without renting a sun lounger, then you will also have to pay, otherwise you will be threatened by the police and showdowns, and as a result will be kicked out of the beach, although the beach is municipal and does not belong to the complex. Separately, I would like to warn you about the lifeguard on the beach, a woman who will not let you relax and enjoy your vacation! I definitely do not recommend this complex for relaxation and good rest! Terrible!!!
