我在休斯頓買了樣板房，離交房的到期日有二十多天，因此一直住在酒店。起初這家酒店前台工作人員説不能做到每天打掃房間，衹能隔天在打掃，考慮到帶着21個月大的寶寶搬來搬去麻煩，就接受了隔天一打掃。但是我要求每天更換全新的浴巾和毛巾。起初的半個月裏，她們做的還可以。後期我又續住了幾天，因為前一天打掃過房間，所以當天應該更換毛巾，可是等到下午四點半，還是沒人來給更換毛巾，我去前台溝通，工作人員説以後要三天一打掃房間，並且每次更換毛巾需要我在當天上午十點之前到酒店前台告知。並説今天打掃房間的工作人員已經下班了。覺得很不合理，我是酒店的常住客人了，酒店規則説變就變，更氣憤的是明明知道我房間住的兩個大人，兩個小孩，當我去要更換的毛巾和浴巾時，衹給我拿了一個浴巾………
另一方面是酒店准許帶寵物入住，如果介意的朋友別選這家，大型狗很多，兩次在電梯外差點被狗襲擊……更何況我帶着寶寶🍼
總體入住體驗很不好，在美國也入住過別的酒店，從不寫評論的人！這家真心給差評！！！

房間一進去乾淨整潔，第二天一早的早餐也不錯，前台也很熱情。退房也很便捷。但是入住後毛巾感覺不太乾淨，希望能改進些。
