This hotel is filthy. There were yellow stains on my bed pillows, and they smelled strongly of urine. There were about ten missing buttons on the phone. The room's desk was broken and falling apart. Could not read the numbers on the tempostate. The wall has holes, the carpet has stains, and the chair has stains. Remote control for the TV needed batteries. Even though there are only three floors, the ice machines on the first and third floors were broken. The front desk clerk informed me that the property was not in good condition because the company would not hire more workers. They moved me twice after I complained to the front desk, and the rooms were worse both times. After I repeatedly voiced my complaints to the front desk clerk, the property manager showed up and told me I had to leave because the clerk had lied and claimed I was causing trouble. False; my desire was for a clean room. After maybe three hours at the property, the manager forcibly made me leave and would not reimburse me for the one night I did not even spend there. I was subjected to prejudice and threatened with an unnecessary call to the police. While I was trying to make another hotel reservation over the phone, the representative could hear the property manager being irrational and unkind to me. She was shocked at what she was hearing. I lodged a complaint with the corporate office. I have provided my information and am waiting on a call from the general manager and property owner. Even after placing several calls and sending emails, I have not heard back from anyone. I would like my money reimbursed. You stay at this hotel you will only be disappointed.
