Love this hotel especially because of Trevor! Because Trevor is always very kind and always bring the best service. He is the best! You need more employers like him.

From the First day to the last it was a perfect experience! We r relocating from Miami to Houston, The location was perfect for the areas we were addressing. We booked on a daily basis bc we were not sure if we had to move to another area of Houston. There was absolutely no problem with booking on a daily basis. Fetly and Gabriella were outstanding. Extremely professional, kind, quick, and always willing to help. House keeping also were very helpful and the rooms was kept clean. You have outstanding staff! Thank you!

I have stayed at this hotel for many years each time I travel to Texas for work. I do stay in several different Choice Hotels throughout the year in different states. The Comfort Suites Katy Mills is the best hotel by far. Rooms are always clean, showers are always hot with pressure. It makes being away from home a little better when I get to stay at this hotel. I want to point out a special characteristic that also helps this hotel stand out above the rest, the front desk personnel. One in particular and not to diminish the rest is Trevor. I always come in late on my flight or from visiting customers. Trevor always greets me as Mr. Reese. At first I thought it was a bad thing that a person from Texas knows this North Carolina boy so well, yells me I travel too much. Lol. But, certain circumstances, I have not been out to this area for work since February until now. I walk in the door and low and behold, I take one step into the lobby and here, hello Mr. Reese. I realized then it wasn’t a bad thing that Trevor remembered me. I understood at that moment, I have a friend at the Comfort Suites Katy Mills. In a world where customer service and customer satisfaction at times takes a back seat, Trevor with his hospitality and the hotel in general is above all others. I recommend this hotel and give Trevor and this hotel and infinity amount of stars. Thanks Trevor for making this traveling salesman feel at home while away from home.
