Paint peeling off the room wall . Pool was closed -no notification . Paid dryer did not dry.
Bathroom floor had previous guests body hair

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had. Proximity to the Katy Asia Town was the best perk.

As a one-night stopover, this place is perfect. The room is very clean and spacious, with a super large bed, a mattress of moderate firmness, comfortable pillows, almost no noise from the air conditioner, blackout curtains, average breakfast, filling, and good customer service. However, when checking out, I found a bag of garbage left by the previous guest in the closet! How could the cleaning staff not see it?
