Hotel in the ski resort

The room has two floors, suitable for multiple occupancy. The downstairs is the ski resort, which is very convenient. I ordered a buffet dinner. The food is not bad. There is only heating in the room, and it feels very dry. Everything else is good

The best hotel we've visited. Our boy who loves dinosaurs spent the best time here! The service, entertainment and food for little dino fans are really impressive here! The onsen is also great with premium natural springs. Highly recommended!

I decided to go to Mt. Hakusan, but I couldn't find a place to stay in Shiramine Village. So I decided to stay at this place, which was on Route 157 towards Katsuyama. The facilities seem to be from the glamorous bubble era, with an atrium entrance, pool, vast public bath, and large dining room. The hot spring had the feel of an alkaline spring. I enter the hot springs many times, thinking that it must be difficult to maintain a large-scale hot spring in this mountain. The razor provided in the amenities was not very sharp. As others have written, dinner and breakfast are buffet style. The room we stayed in had two beds, but the sofa could be converted into a makeshift bed, making it understandable that it was about 34m2 in size. Suitable for families.

This hotel is accessible via a toll road, and you can enjoy the slimy texture of the hot springs in the large baths, including the open-air bath. The buffet meal included local ingredients and specialty items, but it was a typical buffet menu and a little disappointing. The room is spacious and the hot springs and facilities are good, so you may be able to use a hotel to eat in the town, even if it takes a little time and effort, although it has its pros and cons. I used it during the season when there was no snow, but it seemed like there were a lot of families with children, and many of them were visiting the dinosaur museum.

お風呂はとても良く、部屋もきれいです。 ただし食事時に、閉店21時半までと思い、2歳の子供と早く食べきろうとしていたところ、21時になった際、女性の方がかなり感じ悪く｢21時閉店ですけど｣と言ってこられました。表情及び言い方共に、とてもふてこく｢閉店なんだから早く帰れよ｣とでも言いたそうな顔でした。 気持ちは分かるが表情に出すなよと思います。 こちらが別の男性の方からの説明を聞き間違えていたのかもしれませんし、録音していた訳ではない為、今となっては言った言わないの話にしかなりませんので、あまり言いませんでしたが、あの女性の方は、もう少し物の言い方や接し方を学んだほうが良いのではないでしょうか。 仕事で利用する格安のホテルでもこのような対応を受けたことはありませんが、大人2名1泊2食付きで約56,000円のクオリティは、こんなものだと自分に言い聞かせることにし、こちらは二度と利用致しません。 以上、率直な感想です。

家族と恐竜博物館を目的に利用しました。すぐ近くなので、子連れ旅での急な予定変更や体調変更などでも安心して動けました。スタッフも皆さん親切。温泉がトロっとした感じで上がってからも冷めにくく、夜も手足ぽかぽかでぐっすり眠れました。 今度は、子供が歴史にも興味が出てきたので、史跡巡りも楽しみに再訪したいです。
