Location very nice

specially the Calcutta girl on the front desk ANUSHMYA or something like that was such a kind , humble and versatile person she helped me so much in guiding
Foreigners who don't have pay tm or Google pay Pls take enough cash , no usd can change also

One of the best places to stay at Katra. We have been to Vaishno Devi many a times one of the major problems we used to face was a good hotel with good location and great services. Our search ended when we stayed at Ramada this time. First things first they have family rooms so we had two king beds in one room so we were together but we could still sleep in our space, second they have pool thank god kids can be kept busy, third their service is super quick never did I have ti call twice for something and food oh god don’t even ask their buffet (both breakfast and dinner) is amazing, I don’t remember when did the last time I ate so much in any hotel.

Outstanding experience but very frequent power cuts for 2-4 minutes. Nice locational in the city and educated staff with good food would recommend also a very good quality of rooms and suites, with one of the best pools in the city. Would recommend

Filthy. Stains on the sheets, hair in the shower, and a smell I can only describe as mold mixed with regret. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like guests were an inconvenience. I waited over an hour for someone to bring a towel, and it never came.

Great stay it’s having a wonderful ambiance and the staff is also very cooperative. The food also is very delicious and well cooked The pool is also well maintained and clean. They also have a lot of parking space available.especially thanks to Mr.Arun Kumar at reception

The rooms were neatly maintained. All the staff members were friendly and helpful, and are very courteous, from both the front desk as well as the restaurant. Location of the place is perfect with market nearby as well as railway station is around 1 km. They had also provided a complimentary drop to Helipad as we had booked Helicopter for Bhawan. Restaurant food was good and the buffet spread was good.

Very very nice property. Very courteous staff. Everything was absolutely amazing. Food was amazing too. We took the dinner buffet and it was well spread and wonderful. From check in to check out to bill settlement everything was very smooth and hassle free. Thanks to all the staff and special mention for Saurav and Arun.

We have stayed with Ramada for the 5th time. We just like staying here, not because the rooms are extraordinary but because the staff here is extremely polite and welcoming. I would definitely give a shout out to Anita in the Restaurant. The head chef Vikram Sharma , made us a sugar free sweet just because my husband doesn’t have sugar. These guys make us feel feel so special each time we visit this place. Highly recommend this place.
