We stay for a one day in anurag hotel (katra) the room was clean and comfortable. If i talk about staff they are polite and helpful and you can go online booking as well. At last it was very great experience for me and i definitely recommend to every one.

We were unable to check in on time as rooms were not cleaned due to less staff. Cleaning was not proper. Rooms/washrooms conditions were really bad. Service compare to price is very worst.

We booked a family suite for 4 person. Room was big. Ac was working, room service was good. Only thing is toilets need to be cleaned

The stay was very okaish. Exhaust fan wasn’t working in bathroom. There was no power backup. When the electricity was gone. There was no light in room. Fans even not working. Cleanliness wise it’s okay.
