The stay was good and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. I raised an concern with a room and management immediately changed the room. The restaurant tulsi inside is having good food which is way better than the branded chains outside like sagar ratna. I would recommend this hotel and the restaurant both.

Whenever we go for darshan of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi with our family, we always stay here.
Wonderful place to stay. I don’t normally stay in hostels but this was perfect – the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet despite the fact that if you want to, Service is always perfect, food is always on point, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

It was good family stay. Paid half day extra charge for 12 noon to 5 pm as we got extended by half day. Room were spacious, near to shree mata vaisno devi mandir trek start point.
