Hotel was good but it has few shortcomings in bathroom. Rooms which are booked ate being offered sub standard rooms. This issue should be looked into. Location was very good, food was good.

Hotel rooms were in terrible shape. Bathroom doors were broken. Bed was filthy. Mattress was torned. There was no soap in the washroom. They didn’t even had hot water kettle which is very basic for any decent hotel. No tea or coffee sachets were available even in request. The most pathetic hotel i have even been in my life. it was so bad

Location is really gud near to bus stand. Room was also nice. Staff was friendly too. Food was delicious. Everything was gud.

This hotel is located near bus stand katra and main bazar. Location wise very comfortable. There are many maintenance issues which need attention by the management.

There was cockroach in hotel room. No toiletry was provided. Our booked room was given to someone else. Later, hotel staff arranged in another room for 1 night and in another room for another night.

The condition of doors, cupboards, fans and lights is not good, nothing like water, soap etc is provided in the room.
