I came to this hotel through a broker near Katra station but it was worst decision. Lift is there but not working AC is there but not working and even after raising the concern no one hears. Bathroom with broken camod. Reception Staffs are totally unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, there are lot of good hotels near by in same or even less price

Worse and pathetic hotel in the world. Hotel staff steals money from customers, lie to customer, laundry is worse, clenliness is pathetic. Please do not stay even for free. Wifi has issues, Staff is total gundas including onwer's son.

A hotel with full of unhygienic and untrained staff. No facilities like towel, soap and drinking water. Untrained staff. They take your all orders but could not perform their duty as they are untrained and unprofessional.
