Hotel Shanti Residency

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards — the bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and the room was not cleaned properly even once during my stay. The television was not functioning, and the condition of the washroom was very poor. The toilet was unhygienic, and the geyser was not working, making it difficult to bathe in cold water. Additionally, the quality of food served was extremely poor, and there was a complete lack of attention to basic hospitality and guest comfort. Unfortunately, I do not find this hotel suitable for staying and would not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made.
