I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

This is an awesome place to stay. Excellent location and proximity to the major places like main market, yatra registration counter and bus stop etc. They had clean and tidy rooms. Feels like a great place to start and come back after your darshan. Staffs are courteous and helpful.

It was nice stay in this hotel . We had booked for 2 nights. We enjoyed buffet dinner and breakfast. Located in main market. Near to bhstand and ultra parchi counter. Given us late checkout without any extra cost. Staff is very cooperation and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful designed, the rooms comfortable and stylish, and the staff was welcoming. "A truly exceptional experience! The breakfast was a real highlight, Executive prepare food without onion garlic, but you can't feel anything tasteless. We well taken care of throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. Mr pawan management is too good

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights and 3 days at the Hotel Royal Krishna , Katra. The location is superbly convenient with most of the good eateries available in Katra. The reception staff Pawan Kumar - has been cordial and polite with all of us. Helped us to do the early check in on the day of arrival. A big thanks to Jammu and the people here for creating such eventful memories. Kudos !!!

Food was fantastic they served food without garlic and onion but the food was awesome , stoff is very courteous, the property is at good location everything is at walking distance

overall experience in the hotel was good. location is perfect , nearest to the katra railway station and Katra Market is an added advantage. Vaisno Devi Entry gate is also nearby.
Food is tasty and they serve you hot food items but have limited items in the menu of breakfast. Lunch and dinner options are good. Service is a bit slow when it comes to room service, laundry or housekeeping but they are quite professional and helpful staff. I enjoyed the stay though it was a small one.
