Had booked 4 room for family. Amazing Stay. Hotel is centrally located, near the main market. Room is spacious with nice bed. Had nice Breakfast with good spread but woukd have loved if bakery items like croissants would have been added. Really appreciate the hospitality extended by the Restaurant manager Mr Ramsingh. Recommended for sure..

The rooms are decent size, and cleanly maintained. Decent breakfast menu and the staff was very courteous at the restaurant. The spa service is also good. Prakash was the masseuse and I highly recommend everyone to do for a massage session.

Nice place to stay and enjoy quality food. Food quality and test is very good, well behaved staff. Specially management is excellent. Very neat and clean hotel and dining area. Buffet rate is reasonable compared to food quality. I will strongly recommend to enjoy your journey with staying here and take very tasty food.

Kudos to Cheff for making such an amazing food. Staff at reception was also extremely cooperative. Complementary pick and drop from Helipad service was also very impressive. Keep up the good work team. Wish you good luck ahead………………………….

It was a nice stay with The Fern Hotel during our Vaishno devi Darshan. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast with various options, including South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtra. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Thank you and keep it up...Jai mata Di....

Had a wonderful spa experience from Prakash great to talk to and the affordable experience overall. I took the above named service which comes for both the genders. The sauna was my first , was a little suffocating but I guess that's what it does anywhere. Keep it up. Thanks to the team.

Best place to stay…..polite and humble staff…..good and healthy food…room service is great …..housekeeping & other facilities are excellent…very clean and spacious rooms….Mantra Spa is highly recommended….Reasonable price for a comfortable stay

awesome hotel to stay in Katra....much helpful support staff.... 1. Mr. Tilak at reception counter is always helpful..whether to drop for fawara chowk for shopping or get picked up later.... whether to get picked up from helipad point ... 2. Drivers are always ready to help in pick-up and drop and getting mata ki chunri + chola + chattar to offer in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi 3. in-house restaurant manager named Mr. Sanjay, helped in getting my infant's food for katra to Jammu airport journey ....helped me by going extra mile. 3. Room services and bell boy named kuldeep proactively helped. Total worth staying and having a great Shri Mata Vaishno Devi trip in Katra....many thanks.
