Artemis Apartments

Enjoyed a super relaxing 10 day break here and it was lovely . The host Sotiris & his wife are lovely and friendly and make the stay extra special , not forgetting Remi , who was also lovely and friendly . I always felt that we were safe and if we had had a problem that they would be there to help . We stayed in a ground floor apt which was perfect as the pool and snack bar were only a few feet away ! The pool was always spotlessly clean and there was never a shortage of sun beds no matter what time of day it was . The majority of guests we met had all been there on numerous occasions which says it all really . We would highly recommend and would definitely go back .

It was our first time staying at Artemis, but not in Gouves. The apartments are clean and modern. The kitchen is basic but adequate if you want to cook. Lovely family running this small complex who go above and beyond to make you welcome. Weekly bbq with karaoke, which is lovely. Snacks available at the bar. The complex is a bit off the beaten track, so if you have walking difficulties it may not be the place for you, unless you are prepared to take a taxi each time. Can’t wait for our next visit.

This is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. My apartment was very big, two bedrooms, two balconies with another bed in the living area. It also had a small but functional kitchenette. The manager Sotiris and his son Rimi are great fun and will do anything they can to help you have a great stay. Although Sotiris is rather old he is quite lively and will always bring a smile to your face. Young Rimi will also keep you happy at the bar. The bar itself has a good selection of hot drinks, soft drinks wine and beer as well as a selection of hot and cold snacks that are all very reasonably priced. The beach is just a five minute walk from the Artemis where you can enjoy more places to eat and drink and the town centre is just a ew minutes further. Also long the beach here is a place for water sports etc. I would recommend the Artemis for young and not so young alike, you will definitely enjoy yourselves.

It was our first time and we loved it! Booked again for next year (cannot wait). Family of 4. Kids aged 12 and 10. Gutted to leave the fun, relaxed, atmosphere. The owners and workers cannot do enough for you. Family run place, lots of returning guests that just make you feel as welcome as the people that work there. Food, snacks and drinks are good prices and the rooms are lovely and clean.

Sortiris, Ava and Rimmi are the best host you could wish to have on your holiday, from the minute we arrived to the very last day, they were amazingly friendly, attentive to your needs. Artimis apartments are a family run business with a big heart, lovely clean rooms, pool area and bar area with food served from first thing in the morning till last thing at night, nothing is to much trouble for these guys, and BBQ night is a must on a Sunday, plenty of home made Greek food. One of the best holidays we have had☀️ We're not a fan of entertainment and big commercial hotels, preferring intimate, traditional appts/hotels where you can sit in peace and read a book with a pool nearby for the kids. We had all of that and more at the Armetis appts. We also prefer self catering and was able to take a 10 min walk to the coastal road where there was nice places to eat and drink and further up onto the main '*****'. We loved divinas, Philipo's taverna and medusa. Every morning we would have a full English breakfast at the pool bar. Our kids, aged 11 and 13 were able to have some independence as it was a small complex and loved swimming in the pool with their inflatables. Our appartment had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. We spent days at the beach and a boat trip to spingorola and Elounda. The staff and owners were lovely and friendly as were all the other guests. We'd always arrive back at the appts after an evening out and sit at the bar talking to guests and Sotiris while the kids played a game of pool. Not forgetting, Rimmi who made the best coffees and cocktails 🍹🍸☕️ Have looked to go back next year but they are fully booked. Fingers crossed for 2026 🤞
