The spa massage was very good I recommend albora was very good at massages and the booking was very easy and quick if you go on your first day you get a discount

I am writing this review & we still have 4 days left. An amazing family resort, the staff at every contact are fab. Very Clean, food & drink are very good. Quick 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants if you fancy a change of scenery. Recommend Isla bar right on the seafront.

This hotel it’s pros and cons but for us we wouldn’t return. I have travelled with my partner his 3 children (5) (7) (10) & my in-law. First of all impression of the hotel it’s massive. There is so many rooms. Our rooms though we was very disappointed. We have just standard room x2 our rooms are very dated….nothing like this pictures it’s probably the worse looking room I’ve ever stayed in hotel wise. Very very basic no long length mirror, no storage to put your close away just open wardrobe. The lamp shades are stained, white paint splattered on bedside table and we are next to the pool which means sun beds are in front of our room (2012). Hotel says not to reserve sun beds but 6:15am the first pool by bar is almost completely full…although there are plenty of pools to reserve at. I now reserve the sunbeds in front of our room so I can have coffee and vape without someone reserving a bed and feeling like my privacy is being invaded or basically sat on my balcony with me! The food is mainly brilliant, it is themed most nights I’m not a fussy eater but I did struggle on some nights. There is also no fresh onange juice for the morning. It says on the machine but just taste like orange squash. Also the chairs in the dining room are so loud it puts you off your food, every couple of seconds someone is scraping there chair on the floor and it’s very loud. We are family of 6 and did struggle to get tables for that size as they was all taken up…people in family of 4 sitting on them but this isn’t hotel fault just inconsiderate people. The drinks are very basic watered down unless you pay for branded drinks. Coconut strawberry was my favourite but just mainly taste of sugar and very sweet. The entertainment is ok, you have to sit on wooden seats that face the stage that goes up and it’s very very uncomfortable. But kids enjoyed watching the shows. There is hardly any tables outside where bar is and gets taken up early by people who ate dinner early so found ourselves sat on day time food tables out the way. No music just dim lighting. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this hotel and would rate our visit 3 star.
