Definitely would only rate this hotel a 3 star. The staff are lovely and accommodating and make the hotel a nice environment. The tiles around the pools are extremely dangerous, a slipping hazard as soon as they are wet. The food and drinks are average, rarely had hot food was always lukewarm. Disappointing that snacks & ice cream are only available after 3pm. Evening entertainment was very limited, two nights out of the seven. Gouves itself is a lovely place. Would rate the room average, bathrooms could do with being upgraded. Overall a nice stay & relaxing week away but changes could definitely be made.

Absolute favourite hotel of mine! I celebrated my special birthday there with 20 friends and the staff were excellent. The weather wasnt too great during the week, but the staff couldnt do enough for us, we even had a movie afternoon with drinks and snacks. Food was plentyful and something for everyone. Can thoroughly recommend the hotel

Были в гостях у друзей, остановившихся в этом отеле. Апартаменты очень просторные, чисто, сухо, комфортно!! Огромная терраса для вечерних посиделок после нереального ужина! Мы за него заплатили по 12€ за человека - ешь и пей сколько влезет - достойный шведский стол на 4*!!!!! Всем советуем! А до Херсонисосса можно доехать на автобусе за 1,8€!

Возможно, это хороший отель. Но меня в него не заселили по причине отсутствия мест. Во второй половине сентября это удивительно! Поселили в другой, тоже 4 звезды. Уровнем гораздо ниже. Не было даже стакана для воды, не говоря о фене, шампуне и т.д. Главное - никто не извинился, не подарили как принято, экскурсию, массаж, корзину фруктов и вино. Зато в агенство сообщили, что турист всем доволен!!! Первый раз попала в такую ситуацию. Отдых был испорчен. Не рекомендую отель, в котором так "принимают " туристов.

This hotel was absolutely nothing like the pictures ! Pictures look amazing online and it was completely different. The reception staff were lovely on arrival and very welcoming, we got to our room which was a completely different building over the road to the hotel. The room was dirty, bathroom was dirty and cupboards had food marks all over them, the sink was dirty. Our room was tiny, there was only 2 of us and had no room for anything. The hotel food was always cold! And not a wide selection to choose from! The all inclusive drinks does not include any cocktails and only includes local wine beer and spirit such as gin and vodka. The soft drinks were always flat and tasted watered down. The area around the hotel is extremely quiet and not a lot to do around, there is a beach not far away but the smell around was awful, smelt of sewage everywhere you went. Local shop at bottom of road was not open and looked like it hasn’t been for a while. We was supposed to be there for 4 nights but booked a flight home the next day! Was absolutely awful Would never go back.

We have had a great week away at the Diogenis Palace & would recommend it anyone looking for a nice quiet place to staying Gouves. Great location, a beach just across the road and some small local bars with a shop next door. The hotel is very clean and well managed, the staff are all helpful and friendly with special thanks to Kostas and Lucy who ensured we had a nice relaxing week, they could have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel has a good selection of food and everyday there is something different on the menu. Thank you Kostas & Lucy & all the staff, we will be back again.
