Soggiornato dal 26 giù. al 3 luglio. Buona struttura immersa in un ottimo giardino molto bello. Personale gentile premuroso e disponibile in tutto. Camere ampie e pulizia ottima. Ristorante buono con menù vari ogni giorno. Piscina bella e tenuta bene. Mezzi pubblici vicini,spiaggia a 150 m. Vacanza ok in tutto.

Hôtel très bien, personnel très accueillant et sympathique surtout le jeune Kostantinos de la piscine et aussi ceux des massages ( Mariana) adorable. Chambre agréable elle sont nettoyée tout les jours sauf le dimanche. Par contre pour un All in c’est pas vraiment le cas. Pour Les en-cas y a juste un cake , une crêpe et toast. Le reste est payant. Pas de crème glacée, que se soit au restaurant ou piscine. Prévoir une serviette de plage car dans l’hôtel c’est 10€ de caution et 1€ par jour. Pas d’animation pour le soir dans l’hôtel, juste un peu de musique. La mer n’a pas vraiment de plage , c’est rocheux. Si vous devez vous déplacer il y a un bus toute les 30 min au bout de la chaussée (2€) pour aller à Heraklion centre. Éviter les taxis 20€. Je vous conseille d’aller dans les pti restaurant c’est super bon et sa change de l’hôtel.

The hotel it's self was nice. The rooms were a bit basic but comfortable and bright. The AI aspect of the hotel is shocking. They have a beautiful outside area where you can have breakfast, but the choice is minimal, and hot stuff is normally cold! The only other choice is the main buffet restaurant which is so hot and stuffy its uncomfortable. There is a big menu at the outside area which you can have at lunch time, however if you are AI then all you can have is a cheese and ham toasty, club sandwich with fries, or a crepe. But if you ask for fries with the cheese and ham sandwich then you get charged for them??? The food in the main restaurant was awful, again, no aircon on in there despite there being a huge great unit. The only decent food we had in the hotel was at the a la carte restaurant. Out of the 7 days we were there we ate out 4 nights. The staff were all very friendly, very helpful and polite. The hotel grounds and pool area are all very nice. Although they serve drinks in glasses round the pool, and one day one of the waiters dropped a whole tray of glasses which smashed and fell into the pool! Plastic would be a much better idea! No need to get up at silly o'clock to get a sunbed which was nice. I would return, however it would have to be self catering.

Chambre horrible ( bruit de tuyauterie). Réception prévenue dès le lendemain. Malheureusement ils ne nous ont pas changé de chambre. Eau pétillante payante (pour un all in?), pas de crème glacée ou simple glace au programme des après midi, pour un mois de juillet c'est quand même pas top. Par contre, le personnel était très bien et la nourriture aussi. Préférence pour le buffet que le "à la carte", dont les viandes étaient toutes trop cuites. Malheureusement pas possible de mettre les vidéos pour entendre l'enfer de nos nuits

Avis mitigé et je vais expliquer pourquoi... Nous y avons séjourné 6 jours, du 6 au 12 juillet. Dès le 1er jour on s'est plaint de la tuyauterie dans la salle de bain qui faisait un bruit atroce (on l'a enregistré et fait écouter à la réception). On ne nous a pas changé de chambre, nous avions la 711! 4 nuits blanches sur 6! Nous avons quitté l'hôtel le 12.07 pour aller à Rethymnon. On s'est rendu compte qu'on avait oublié 2 chemises à mon mari dans la garde robe....ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient rien trouvé. Je reconnais que ce n'est pas la faute à la réception mais ça reste pour moi du vol! Donc, honte à la femme de ménage qui s'est occupée du nettoyage de la chambre 711 le 12 juillet et qui ose dire que l'armoire était vide!

Excellent hôtel, personnel accueillant et très professionnel . Chambres confortables, restauration de qualité. Hôtel vraiment charmant proche de la Plage et à taille humaine , un plus avec les massages de Stamatis et d Alla que nous recommandons fortement. Notamment le massage crétois. À faire absolument. Nous recommandons le hall inclusive bien sûr!

Hôtel très bien situé et très calme, magnifique pour un séjour en couple. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant, chambre avec piscine privée très bien et très propre. Par contre, All-in pas à la hauteur de l’établissement, eau pétillante payante, jamais connu ça dans un All-in. Pour un petit encas à la piscine, seulement un sandwich jambon-fromage/un croque monsieur ou une crêpe dispo, tout le reste payant, vraiment inadmissible. Buffet pas assez varié et pas à la hauteur de ça que nous avons déjà mangé en Grèce. Dommage car l’endroit est très bien.
