The hotel was lovely. Especially the grounds, gardens, activities and quiet areas. Loved very busy yet friendly staff. They truly makes your holiday. Although we got not the bestest rooms there could have been, but it was comfortable and always clean. Food was trully amazing - large variety and well prepared. All inclusive drinks - a bit dissapointing. Obviosuly cheapest ones bought so very weak and sometimes tastless. Best was their own raki. (Very impresive) Entertainment - amazing for kids. But for adults not very much. There could be music on every night for adults to simply dance if they wanted to. (But instead there was only one night dedicated to dancing) Beach area was very good - always looked after and seats comfy. Sea was a minute away with guard on site at all times. Overall very good experience - enjoyed ourselves and nothing ruined our stay.

1. Extremely empathic, kind and wonderful reception ladies. Thank you for your support with all questions! Even about lost toys;)) 2. The territory of hotel is very good, full of different entertainment, few pools, etc. 3. The sand beach is right near the hotel, perfect for families with children. 4. Overall experience was good. 5. For better experience I would love smaller and softer pillows:))) Also we had a room above main pool, do till 23:00 you can hear the music from the bar. And if there woild be more fruits and vegetables in main pool lunch bar it would be perfect.

This hotel is perfect for families. The resort is huge and very inclusive of all nationalities. My children LOVED the animation team, especially Laura and betty in mini club. Hotel is very clean and all staff are friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Amazing family hotel located close to Heraklion Airport. This must be the friendliest hotel on the Island where the staff welcome you like their own family and look after all your needs with care and attention. The hotel has a lot to offer with beautiful pools, spa, daytime and evening entertainment and a huge array of activities, something for everyone. The restaurant is a culinary delight which takes you on a flavoursome journey around the world with specialty themed nights and international cuisine of a luxury standard. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff are marvellous and interact with all guests to make sure they are enjoying every moment of their time at this gem of a hotel. Once you have visited Sol Marina you will not went to leave and will be coming back surely for another visit.

Great , John was very professional and entertaining also great when we needed information. We would definitely return. Lovely food. I was ill at the beginning of the stay and the staff were amazing. Clean hotel fast service at the bar day and night.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une nursery Nourriture variée mais insipide. Environnement sans belle végétation. Plage petite et pas top. Nous allons en Crète depuis 2009, c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus Éloigné de tout Points positifs la réception, la propreté, la literie.

Firstly I cannot express how friendly all the staff were, paticularly Aspa and Antonio at the lounge bar and the young man on the same shift. Despite lanuage barrier they got our humour and kept us entertained the full week. The choice and standard of the food was excellent so much so I couldn't help but over indulge! We had a night at Isla resturants that was included, lovely environment, live music and a chance to taste some al la carte greek dishes. Hotel was spotless throughout. The entertainment team however let the hotel down it was the same activities everyday and heavily catered for the French, we enjoyed 2 external acts that came to the hotel but, outwith that it was pretty amiture and little going on after 22.30, this didn't ruin our holiday and a lot of people really enjoyed the entertainment so maybe just us personally. Overall would come back again and again. Thanks Aspa, Antonio, Katerina,Stathos and many others.

Lovely family holiday with my partner, 2 kids & parents. Hotel is absolutely spotless. Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels daily Food was lovely each night with plenty of variety didn’t struggle with my 1 year old at all Entertainment was brilliant especially John (ungabunga). All staff lovely & polite Would 100% return & recommend

Lovely hotel very clean Plenty of sunbeds. Our room was clean and had a small balcony maid came in every day . Lots of options for food only problem is food is not always very warm Limited drinks on the all-inclusive Lots of activities for young children and the beach is just a cross the road
