A lovely family run hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. The staff were more than happy to help with booking taxis, bus timetables, etc. the taxi service they booked for us from the airport to the hotel was brilliant and very organised. The room itself was immaculate and relatively spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the rest of the hotel with views of the sea. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a wide selection of fruit, traditional Greek hot food, cakes and pastries, yogurt and salad bits as well as juice, water and hot drinks, all of which were delicious. The pool and bar area was also brilliant with plenty of seating around the pool as well as food available to order to your seat which was also very good. The hotel is located very close to the beach (only about a 2 minute walk) and shops and supermarkets along Ipsos which was very convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ipsos.

A perfect family run hotel in Ipsos. All of the hotel staff are extremely welcoming and kind. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. There is also plenty of shaded areas with kabanas where you can relax in comfort. The hotel is up a bit of a hill which takes you out of the hustle and bustle but this is only a very short walk away and you’ll find a beach and plenty of nice restaurants. We opted for sea view rooms which were stunning. This hotel is very highly recommended. Thanks to hotel Yannis for a lovely holiday.

What a great find!! Our stay was great from start to finish. Nice friendly welcome and amazing location. The room was spotless with a great sea view, beds are made daily and they will change the towels as much as you want. Breakfast choice is massive as good as a 5 star hotel and different things to try each day and we stayed 8 nights. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate and the pool area / sun beds are very comfortable and no issue with people putting towels down!! Pool bar serves a wide range of drinks and some bar meals. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Yannis and such good value for money when you see the breakfast included.

We ended up staying a week at this hotel, and have only great things to say about it. The location is excellent, the grounds and pool are beautiful, the room is very clean snd well equipped, and the staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Corfu.

We were the first occupants of the year and wow what an amazing hotel, cracking views and pool area. The family who run the business are very friendly and helpful and the included continental breakfast was comprehensive, delicious and the menu changed daily. Our room was comfortable and very clean, we opted for sea view with a balcony as recommended by others and it was well worth it. Rooms cleaned daily by a lovely lady. They serve very tasty poolside meals and drinks. The walk down to Ipsos beach and restaurants is barely 5 minutes and as mentioned in other comments you cannot hear any noise from here. Buses into Corfu Town and Kassiopi are easily caught from the bus stops very nearby, just ask hotel staff for timings. A very relaxing venue, will definitely be returning.

Lovely family run hotel. Nice and quiet with beautiful grounds. The staff could nlt have been more helpful.
We visited as a family of 4 with young children. The area seems to attract young italian people who are there to party, but this didnt affect us as the music wasnt loud. There were other young families there too.
