Very bad experience. Smelly room. Not cleaned & no change in bed sheet pillow cover. Worst experience till now.

The size of the room was shown as 144 feet which was not the case. It was a very small room. It was only 64 feet. We had to book three rooms instead of two. The room was very dirty. Had to go five kilometers to heat water.

Worst rooms. No cleaning, rooms filled of smoke and dirty smells. All pillow covers and blanket were so dirty. Not recommend for the family at all. Washrooms are too dirty, not for use. Had terrible experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel tulsi katni rooms are dirty full of smell staff is taking liquor when we reached at night bed sheet and pillow dirty full of hairs
