Very good

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

The stay was awesome .All the staff were very friendly and well behaved.

Front counter staff members are friendly, helpful and cooperative particularly Avishek (if I remember correctly his name) was fantastic and exceptional customer service. I should mention Salim who cleaned our room was very very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is big but the down size is the shower over bath. Bath tub is tiny and water does not go down to the drainage pipe caused water clogged. The breakfast items were limited and does not reflect five star standard. However the General Manger should look the breakfast menu by himself and should take appropriate action.

Old good location hotel with full of services and very near to Airport.

It's the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not a five-star hotel. I don't recommend it. It's no different from a comfortable hotel.

This was a great experience away from home, the hotel is a mixture of the old and new, it reminds of the past but at the same time its on the modern platforms. The rooms are very space quiped with all the amenities that one, would need while traveling

Comfortable beds & the rooms are spacious. The restaurant is very welcoming & attentive, Radhika & her staff are excellent. All the staff at the front are also very helpful. It’s very easy to grab a taxi from here to the sites. The roof top bar has a lovely young barman Sussan, who is very engaging with everyone. I would highly recommend.

We really liked the service of the hotel , Rupal, Chiranjivi and Radhika for their lovely service. The food there were amazing, The hospitality of this hotel were top notch. It was clean, very balanced to our flavours. I would definitely encourage you to experience this your self. We will be returning to this hotel soon
