The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful!
There was no elevator, which was a bit inconvenient, but personally it didn't bother me too much.
The location was relatively good, near a Japanese restaurant and about a 5-minute walk from a convenience store, so it was convenient!

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, helpful and supportive. They make our stay wonderful.very clean room , delicious food, centrally located,good environment,nice rooftop views.The housekeeping staff also very kind.They help to organise day trip to some heritage site in Kathmandu valley,we visited Kathmandu Durbar Square, pasupatinath Temple and Buddha.Everything is wonderful at Kathmandu Eco Hotel. ポカラでの滞在を終えて、このホテルに戻ってきました。カトマンズの空港からホテルへは、われわれ5名が一度に乗れるバンで送ってくださいました。日本語のわかるスタッフさんがいらして、温かく迎えてくださりました。預けていた荷物を受け取り、指定された部屋はクイーンサイズベッドとシングルサイズベッドで、3名が泊まれるものでした。1名で泊まって、とてもぜいたくな感じでした。通常ならホテルから空港へ直行での送迎ですが、観光地を1ヶ所回るアレンジも有料になりますが、快く引き受けてくださいました。

到着時刻が遅かったにもかかわらず、カトマンズの空港からホテルまでの無料送迎がすごくありがたかったです。日本語のわかる方 1名を含めて、スタッフのみなさんがとても親切でした。エレベーターがないホテルで、わたしは4階の部屋が指定されましたが、荷物を運ぶのを手伝っていだけました。また、電源が部屋の至る所にあって、モバイル機器の充電には困らなかったです。ホテルの近隣は商店や飲食店が多く立ち並んでいて、買い物や食事はとても便利です。

This was amazing stay.right from the start we were greeted the manager Mr.bhimsen who made the check in process easy the rooms where neat clean and comfortable all the staff so I feel like my own home in Nepal Kathmandu . .the professional staff 👌 I ever seen in my travel time
