テレビが使いにくく、何度修理しても正常化しなかった。そのために、毎日無駄な時間を費やした。あとは、他人のルームサービスの食器が長時間廊下に出たままで、見苦しかった。
チェックアウトが12時で便利。最終日、1時間延長したいと言ったら、チャージなしでokだった。

I had a wonderful stay here after completing the Thorong La pass on the Annapurna Circuit. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large attached bathroom that was a welcome treat. The shower was fantastic, providing hot water which was perfect after a long, exhausting trek. The accommodation was exactly what I needed—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for anyone doing the Annapurna Circuit!

Peaceful location, great food and courteous staff. There was some disturbance due to renovation of some rooms which we understand was necessary to give good service to the guests in the forthcoming season. Food was good. Special mention of Mr Amit, New Delhi office, Mr Gyan in their Rendezvous, Ms Garima and Ilima who did their best to make feel at home in Kathmandu. On the whole, good place to stay, value for money and service with a smile.

The hotel is located 7 km from Tribhuvan International airport, so you'll get there sooner rather than later. The first thing I noticed at Grand Hotel Kathmandu was the friendliness of its employees, from the driver who greeted us at the airport and the bellboy to the Reception staff and the General Manager. The staff seemed to know us for years, not minutes, and every time I met the hotels' employees during the stay they were all smiles, ready to help. Another thing worth mentioning: the packages awaiting guests. Passionate travelers can opt for 5 packages with experiences lasting between three and eight days with adventures in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan and Nagarkot. Before dinner in Maharaja restaurant, located on the hotel's top floor, a drink in the adjacent Aromates Bar & Lounge is recommended. To sum up, a hotel I would return to during my future trips to Kathmandu.
