I recently faced a disappointing experience with this hotel. I had pre-booked an airport transfer, and my driver arrived on time. However, when the driver tried to connect with me, the hotel staff refused to inform me or facilitate any communication, citing it as "against their policy." This lack of basic courtesy and assistance caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Hotels are in the hospitality business, and this behavior felt anything but hospitable. Guests should be able to rely on hotel staff to help with such simple matters, especially when it involves pre-arranged services. I hope the management reconsiders such policies in the future.
