I had the most wonderful experience at Lo Mustang in November 2024. I came to Nepal for a wedding and Anisha at the front desk went above and beyond. Customer service was 10/10. I got recommendations for tailoring, jewelry, dry cleaning, and local dresses with transportation. Deepika, front desk manager, was fantastic always making sure my needs were being met and that my stay was comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect location with great amenities. I initially chose this spot because of the beautiful traditional decor. It was beautiful in person with murals on each floor. Breakfast is fantastic with a roof top view. I booked a second time on my way back home because it was so great. I traveled solo and left with new friends.

This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel in historical center of Katamandu.Great value for the price ! large spotless room had very comfortable bed and had breathtaking views of the mountains.The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I especially loved the delicious breakfast buffet. A special thanks to the hotel manager Deepika Shrestha who demonstrate especiall leadership and professionalism throughout my stay.The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, but very quiet! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem as the one of the best place to stay in Katamandu!

Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. We enjoyed our stay very much and the food was also spectacular. The breakfasts were also very complete. If you are looking for a place of peace and comfort in Kathmandu, I recommend this hotel without any doubt.

My home in Kathmandu. It has a great location in Thamel, close to everything. The rooms are great and very comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. Room service is great. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. It is a clean and safe hotel.

Excellent hotel indeed with a downside I agree with the comments room food and service perfect except on one point: the window of our room overlooked the landing and not the outside, so we had no opening to the outside, we spent 2 nights there in November and one night in December rebelote. For a night or 2 it is suitable we slept in peace but I suppose that the agency which reserved paid less for this "room" I specify that I was traveling as part of a group. I leave this opinion as information for future travelers
