Non merita le stelle assegnate. Soggiorno di una settimana ad agosto, Camera piccola, biancheria sporca (asciugamani sostituiti con altri non puliti), ristorazione molto scadente e ripetitiva, personale scortese e spesso in difficoltà anche a parlare inglese. Cauzione asciugamani piscina non resa (motivo devono lavare).peccato: struttura con potenzialità!

Πήγαμε να πάρουμε πρωινό και μέχρι να κατέβουμε είχε πάει 10 το πρωί, ηταν η ώρα που έκλεινε ο μπουφές και μας είπαν ότι η ώρα είναι 10 και 1 λεπτό και ότι δεν μπορούμε να σερβιριστούμε διότι ο μπουφές έκλεισε τονίζοντας μας έντονα ότι έχει περάσει ένα ολόκληρο λεπτό από την ώρα την οποία κλίνουν . Ψεύτικες φωτογραφίες στο Ίντερνετ που δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστα μέρη τα οποία βρόμαγαν όπως ο χώρος αναμονής του ασανσέρ το οποίο οδηγούσε στα δωμάτια και ο χώρος δίπλα στην πισίνα. Απλά τραγικό και ειδικά για τις τιμές του.

A truly peaceful and relaxing hotel. It's our second time here, and we totally recommend it. The staff are outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a warm smile. The pool area is perfect for a relaxing day, whether you’re trying to beat the heat or simply want to enjoy your holiday book in a quiet atmosphere. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning and fresh towels provided daily. It’s a wonderful place for couples, but also ideal for families with children, as there are dedicated kids’ pools and shaded playgrounds. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, and along the way you’ll find convenient shops where you can pick up water, fruit, and other essentials. Near to the beach, around 5 minutes walk and on the road you can find shops where you can buy water, fruits etc. Many restaurants nearby, only 5 minutes walk (or you can eat at the hotel restaurant)

Our second visit to this Hotel as we travel with Jet2 on a package holiday and it is one of the more central hotels to Alykes. We had a stylish room this year and room 109 was a spacious corner room with a lovely balcony with a sea view. Limited storage as you have a hanging rack and cupboard underneath but there are not any drawers. Excellent breakfast selection and the staff clearing tables are brilliant and extremely polite and do their very best to make sure everything is perfect for you,in particular the young man from Kenya (sorry we didn't get his name). The loud advertisements on the radio station playing are very intrusive and spoil the relaxed atmosphere! The reception staff were also very attentive and helpful. We were on the 2nd floor and on several occasions the lift did not operate on this floor. This is a great hotel but not 4* and some areas show signs of wear and tear and in need of repair. We would not return to this hotel as the drop off and pick up is at the end of a short lane on the main road. The collection time window is 35 minutes (half an hour plus 5 minutes prior to the allocated time) We waited the full 35 minutes in the heat of 35 degrees without shade which was very uncomfortable.

The hotel and suites are perfectly positioned for beach,restaurents and shops.Mario,Adeolia and James have excellent personal skills,and are always happy to help and advise,all the staff are fantastic and do a wonderful job in making your stay the best.Ruth and Thanasis in reception are so happy and helpful. The rooms,pool and the food is lovely,if you want 5 star,then you need to book 5 star.The restaurents around Alykes are excellent.

Shower runs scalding or freezing. Not enough storage place in rooms. Just an open rail and cupboard below. Sun beds at pool dirty. Coffee tea etc not left in room snd have to ask at reception for refills. Breakfast ok and staff lovely. 10 Euros per night government tax.
