Merhaba iş için Trabzon'a geldiğimde tek kaldığım otel dir. Ancak 11-13 tarihleri arası bu seferki gelişimde oda temizliği inanılmaz kötüydü. İlk verilen odada karşılaştığım manzara da çok şaşırdım.Hemen resepsiyonu aradım ve ilgili arkadaş hemen oda değişikliğini yaptı o konuda çok teşekkür ediyorum. Ancak değiştirilen oda daha da kötü öncelikle WC konusunda. Tuvalet kağıdı asılı olan aparat kırık ve elimde kaldı. Tuvalet fırçası kullanacağım ancak sapı elimde kaldı. Ertesi gün temizlik yapılması için kapı koluna bildirim yaptım. Geldiğimde sadece yatağım düzeltilmiş. Onun haricinde WC deki temizlik durumla ilgili en ufak bir değişim olmamış. Cam kenarı çöp için poşet koymuştum o bile atılmamıştı. Bu beni inanılmaz üzdü 3 gün boyunca burda kalacağım ve kalmaya devam ediceğim.Umarım bir sonraki gelişimde temizlik konusundaki ve oda içindeki envanter aksamalar düzelmiş olur.Yine ufak tefek sorunlara rağmen kalınabilecek oteldir. Teşekkür ederim.

No lock in the toilet door. No any locking system other than the main lock in the room door. The staff is not welcoming the guest and if he has a complain they are not accepting it easily and sometimes not accepting it at all. It is far from the city center. The rooms are small and no rack for the guest's luggage. The room is having very small wardrobe which cannot accommodate one guests dresses. No drawers in the sides of the bed headboard. I'm not recommending it at all.
