This whole place was a scam! The online pictures have nothing to do with reality. The rooms were not cleaned properly, stains on the bed, stains on the walls. The sofa was looking like some kinda thrift store thing that you’ll never think of even giving to someone for free!!! The breakfast was horrible, I got diarrhea soon after I ate one egg and had some tea. I took a picture of the counter that was put for guests to get the tea from( see below) No towels, they didn’t give us the room that we booked; instead, they gave us a very small one with less beds! See the dirty bowl that the sugar cubes was put in, so dirty. The leather chairs were all scratched, even the ones in the main reception!!!!! Also, don’t believe the nice receptionist who speaks English; talk to a manager , he is the only one who has the power. They will tell you something but they would not follow through and eventually will deny your request.

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü oteldi. Resepsiyondaki personelin tavrı inanılmaz derecede saygısız ve profesyonellikten uzaktı. Yaşadığım basit bir sorunu çözmeye çalışırken bir görevli bana bağırarak cevap verdi! Bir misafire bu şekilde davranılması kabul edilemez. Olayı otel yönetimine iletmeme rağmen hiçbir şekilde ilgilenmediler, özür bile dilenmedi. Kendinizi güvende, rahat ya da değerli hissetmek istiyorsanız bu otelden kesinlikle uzak durun. Paranıza ve sinirlerinize yazık.

Otele iki arkadaş çocuklarımızla birlikte 13’te gittik.Odaya detaylı bakmadan ödemeyi yaptık ve çıktık.Gece 22.00’de odaya geldiğimizde iğrenç bir odayla karşılaştık.Yatakların içinde daha önce kalanları ait uzun uzun saçlar vardı.En iğrenci de kullanılmış ama temizliği yapılmamış klozet oldu.Dışkıları görmek mümkün o denli.Odada kalamayacağımızı anladık çünkü biz Araplar kadar temizliğe önem vermeyen bir millet değiliz.Gece 23.00’te iki kadın ve çocuklar otelden ayrıldık ama ödeme yaptığımız için iadesini talep ettik otelin yetkilisiyle telefonda görüştük adamın dedikleri yenilir yutulur cinsten değildi.Saygısız , müşteri memnuniyetini zerre önemsemeyen bir adamdı.İadenln sonra gerçekleşeceği söylendi bakalım beklemedeyim, mesele parası değil mesele bu kadar pisliğe ki bunu otel çalışanı da teyit etti adamın üste çıkması ve hakaretvari konuşması.Asla ama asla gitmeyin ucuzluğuna kanmayın, çok pişman olursunuz.Buradan ayrıldık ve başka bir otele geçtik, sağlığınızı düşünüyorsanız sakın gitmeyin!!!

Every website has wrong reviews, misleading information and the hotel is in shambles. Do not stay here. Paint chipped, holes everywhere. The toilet drain was leaking. The door of the balcony does not open. The toilets have no hangers. No place to keep towels clothes. No toilet tissue holder There is no phone to the reception. Bedroom has no mirror WiFi is super weak Absolutely dirty and filthy Worse than even a small motel in remote towns I have stayed in.

الفندق سيئ جدا حيث تم تغير الغرفة التي حجزتها بدون علمي الى غرفة سيئة جدا حيث موقع السرير سيئ السقف قليل الارتفاع والسرير متهالك ومكسور وغير نظيف والفرقه ليست نظيفة والكنبة متهالكة ومكسورة ومستلزمات الحمام غير موجودة اضربت لشرائها من السوق وايضا عند الذهاب للاستقبال للشكوى على الغرفة رفض المدير المسؤول تغيرها وتكلم معي بطريقه سيئة جدا وبالصراح اذا لا انصح اي شخص بالاقامه في هذا الفندق

Very disappointed. We were 2 family and booked 2 family rooms. We were given in 2 separate buildings. One I got was too old and couldn’t stay even for 5 minutes. It’s poor quality and scary. When I asked to change to another new building, the front desk (Bushra) said they are full. Then I e mailed *********** through which I booked the hotel. Within minutes they has a room for me. However, they made me pay 400 Euro for 5 nights. I felt that was unethical as they don’t specify buildings when you book. That was not enough. Almost everyday, we had some issues: 1) shower broke down 2) no towels 3) A/C 4) hand soap And so on The worse part is front desk staff is not helpful at all. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel even if you get it for free.
