Terrible buffet!!!!! Reustrant dining bookings impossible, never seen a beach bar to close at 6.pm only available drinks is at main lobby till 11.i don't know mix feelings about the place my 6/7/and 10 years old kids hat a blast but to spend that kind of money parents shoul have fun too.

Αρχικά αισθάνεσαι ασφαλής, αφού μπαίνοντας στην ιδιοκτησία υπάρχει έλεγχος. Έπειτα, όλοι μα οοοοολοι οι υπάλληλοι είναι με ένα χαμόγελο όταν σε κοιτούν ακόμα και όταν έχουν τελειώσει την εργασία τους! Το φαγητό καλό, αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση και το φαγητό στο Ασιατικό (μόνο αυτό δοκίμασα) a la carte ήταν εξωπραγματικά! Υπήρχε παντού η αίσθηση της καθαριότητας και όλοι ήταν εξυπηρετικοί! Νεροτσουλήθρες για παιδιά και μεγάλους.. πισίνες.. θάλασσα και beach sports όλα πολύ καλά! Οι παροχές εκπληκτικές! Αξίζει τα λεφτά του σίγουρα. Δεν ξέρω για τους hotηνες, όμως θεωρώ Σεπτέμβριο με Οκτώβριο ότι είναι φανταστικά.

Mieszkaliśmy w głównym budynku i bardzo nam się spodobało. Było naprawdę dużo plusów, ale było tez kilka minusów. Zacznijmy od plusów: Naprawdę duży i ładny budynek, jadalnia i baseny są blisko, miła obsługa, duży wybór jedzenia. Sałatki, ryby, zupy, makaron, mięso itp. Chcę trochę więcej opowiedzieć o basenach: jest ich naprawdę sporo i każdy bardzo fajny. Są tam m.in basen z potokiem, ze zjeżdżalnią, głęboki i płytki, więc na pewno choć jeden przypadnie Wam do gustu. Jeszcze jest tu aquapark, w którym jest więcej zjeżdżalni niż basenów. Jest w tym aquaparku również ''płytka strefa'' dla małych dzieci. A jak poszliśmy nad morze, to też nam się spodobało, bo było ciepłe i czyste. Z leżakami też nie ma tam problemów, bo zawsze jest bardzo dużo wolnych. Czego nie można niestety powiedzieć o basenie, bo ledwo nam się udało znaleźć wolny leżak. Oczywiście na basenie są też wolne leżaki, ale jednak nad morzem jest ich więcej. No to teraz minusy: jak kładliśmy się spać, zaczęła grać jakby z oddali jakaś muzyka i grała to głośniej, to ciszej przez godzinę, a może i dwie. Chcieliśmy zadzwonić do recepcji, ale nie znaleźliśmy numeru telefonu. Pewnie to była muzyka z jakiejś dyskoteki, ale do 22:30 to już przesada. Drugi minus jest taki, że wszystko było trochę stare. Czyste ale stare. A tak w ogóle to nam się spodobało.

Great service. The staff including Stergios were all very helpful and professional. The staff were willing to print several documents needed by my work colleagues. Very friendly towards U.S. Military personnel. Will definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Lovely resort, lush green area, beautiful beach and pool area. Great water park. The staff is very helpful and kind. Mr. Stergios in the front desk in Ilia Palms was very very helpful to all our needs and questions and made our stay very warm and comfortable. Thank you! There are 4 different hotels in the resort. Ilia Palms is the cheapest. Rooms are a bit old but clean and comfortable with amazing views to the forests around. All food is served in Oasis where we hanged most of the day. If you can afford better to stay in the front hotels, but if you want to stay more days in cheaper price stay at Ilia Palms and hang wherever you want, its all open for the hotel guests.

The hotel was very accommodating. The AC gets very cold which is important to me. I love that the door to the balcony locks f9r safety reasons, but doesn't have the ability to lock if you are outside. There is an installed drying rack on the balcony which was perfect and the manager Stergios was amazing.

The hotel was really nice and well maintained, and the hotel staff were very accommodating and professional. Stergios ran a tight ship and made our stay very enjoyable. Could not have asked for a better first time in Greece and will certainly be back soon!
