This must be one of my favourite hotels ever! The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent, sandy beach with warm water, great pools. Aquapark is a great bonus. If you are staying longer than five nights, you may use the a la carte restaurants for dinner. The experience of dining at sunset is unforgettable and the food is amazing. You may want to make a reservation as soon as you arrive as the space in these restaurants is limited. Overall - a perfect Greek holiday!

The hotel presents as a luxury 5* hotel, but only by definition, and so far from reality. The hotel is facing apparent occupancy problems, so they are trying to squeeze the guests for money everywhere. With the highest available All-In package, we had to pay for beer and non-alcoholic beverages in many bars and restaurants. Our villa minibar wasn't refilled, not even once, except for still water. Breakfast and dinners were almost the same every day, so the variety of cuisine is far from the 5* standard. The interior feels outdated and tired. The beach smelled of a dump water and cigarette buts were everywhere. We spend more than 11K EUR for a one-week stay, and never more.

Hotel facilities can be improved, the overall all inclusive experience though was good. We visited with two kids (4&7) and the most important reason to visit this hotel was the Grecoland team (Ms Athena and her team). Kids were truly excited for the outdoor disco parties every night. Grecoland is open at specific times of the day when children can stay without their parents while the team makes sure they have an amazing time doing sports, crafts, or various games. Both times we left them there, they came back thrilled! Amazing energy everyone 😊

This year we spent our summer vacation here for the third time. 😊 We spent another very relaxing and eventful week in this wonderful facility! Excellent location, in a well-kept large park, very good beach, comfortable pools, fantastic water park! Clean, comfortable rooms, thoroughly cleaned every day! We enjoyed delicious, varied dishes in both the main restaurant and the thematic restaurants (Tavera Tavernaki, Trattoria Popolare, Hot Stone), with attentive service. The staff is friendly, they do everything for the guests!

Nach einem tollen Urlaub im Juni 2024 haben wir das Hotel dieses Jahr nocheinmal im Juli gebucht. Wir waren dieses Jahr noch mehr begeistert als zuvor. Die Anlage ist sauber und sehr übersichtlich. Am Strand gab es immer einen Platz auch wenn wir später kamen. Der Strand ist so wunderschön und das Meer hat eine traumhafte Farbe. Nachmittags gibt es genug Wellen um Spaß zu haben. Der Service war schneller und die Wünsche wurden immer zur Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Die Umstellung von Service zu Self Service beim Sandy Burger war eine tolle Idee. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und es gab immer eine tolle Auswahl. Die Minidisco war für unseren Sohn der Hit. Besonders Athena und Georgios haben sich sehr ins Zeug gelegt, den Kindern eine tolle Zeit zu schaffen. Wir hätten gerne noch eine Woche verlängert.
