Loved the hotel and the location , a bit different from the Grecotel complex , representative of post modernism Greek architecture . An oasis by the forest.Lovely staff and excellent service.

This was a wonderful stay in a great location. Stergios is a very professional manager who made sure that all of our needs are taken care of. The facilities are very clean and well kept, the staff are a pleasure to interact with, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Overall outstanding service, good, location. The manager Sergios is absolutely outstanding and been super helpful with anything needed! Great price and also there’s so many things to do at this whole resort. Must try it! Thanks Sergios for taking care of my trip

Between 6 and 12 August we were particularly impressed by dining room staff Zoe, Nicolina, Vassiliki and Christina. Also impressed by buggy drivers Dimitris and Fotis. As elderly visitors we benefitted from their professionalism and helpful approach making our stay especially pleasant . They are an asset to the management.

Hotel ma już swoje lata świetności dawno za sobą, zbudowany prawdopodobnie w latach 70'ych, potem pokoje pewnie kiedyś odnowione, ale obsługa, jedzenie, plaża i korzystanie z innych atrakcji pozostałego hotelu tej sieci w pobliżu, wynagradza to. Obsługa szalenie miła i pomocna we wszystkim, jedzenie bardzo dobre, picie oryginalne napoje gazowane oraz alkohole. Z hotelu na plaże jeżdżą co kilkanaście minut bezpłatne melexy. Pokoje są czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Byłoby więcej gwiazdek ale problem z WiFi w obecnych czasach to w tego typu ośrodku nie powinien występować. Przez wszystkie dni WiFi działało tylko porankami i późną nocą. Za dnia ani na plaży, ani na basenach, ani w hotelu właściwie nie dało się z niego korzystać. Ratunkiem był własny internet z telefonu, ale w hotelu tej klasy w roku 2024 takie coś nie powinno występować.

L’hôtel se trouve dans un « complexe » avec les autres hôtel Grecotel Riviera et Oasis, ce qui est avantageux car nous avons accès aux différentes piscines bien mieux placées que celle de l’ilia. Le buffet est correct, sauf qu’en demi-pension, vous n’avez même pas accès à de l’eau gratuitement…

Amazing experience and truly awesome service and staff at the Ilia Palms! Would like to call out: Achileas and Stergios from the Palms lobby - professional yet friendly and accommodated all our needs; our friendly drivers Dimitris and Fotis plus Kostas from the groom team; Maria from the Customer Relations for all the restaurant bookings. Great value for money and our daughter had a blast at the Aqua Park. Will definitely come back...

The room was very good, and Mr. Stergios in reception was very pleasant, helpful and polite!!! The waterpark was an enjoyable experience and we had a great time!!! The food was excellent and the pools were great! Also the Grecoland for the kids was amazing.
